OAK Energy Ball Meditation Part One Spiritual Baptism

Vital life energies need to circulate freely within both the physical and non-physical body before they can become integrated and function as one complete unit. These energies flow through natural circuitry within the body. This circuitry is often blocked with repressed emotional energy that is trapped within the physical body and stored there.

There are many ways to release these pockets of trapped and repressed emotional energy. Rieki or massage can do it and so can yoga or other types of physical exercise. A more gentle approach is through some type of meditation that safely brings this energy into awareness. Freud’s method of free association does this. Dianetics Book One processing does this in an even more effective manner. The OAK Energy Ball Meditation does this even more effectively.

When these circuits are fully open a form of alternating bio-electrical energy is allowed to pass through that is responsible for most psychic phenomenon and conscious awareness experiences. When the current is allowed to flow only one way as in direct current these psychic phenomena are not likely to occur.

Radio and Television are examples of modern applications using alternating current. The alternating current or sinus rhythm is pervasive within the human body. This includes brain waves, nerve energy and heart beat. It is the lower energies of fear, pain, sexual energy and anger that block these pathways and accumulate to dangerous quantities within the physical body.

It is ironic that the development of these same energies in a free flowing and healthy state bring the most power to manifest things in life. They are the energies people regard as charismatic. The development of charisma and personal magnetism depends upon the generation and accumulation of these energies and their healthy use. Training in the martial arts is an example of a method of generating and developing these energies.

The development and accumulation of physical or sexual energies is not safe until the psyche has been purged of all past repressions and “buried” traumas that form black pockets of negative energy within the body. Development of lower energies tend to activate these pockets of “black” repressed energy sometimes resulting in “knee jerk” behavior where we do and say things impulsively without even knowing we are doing or saying them. This happens when the repressed and trapped emotional energy breaks free and travels through the nervous system.

In the medical profession this is called “psychotic” behavior and is not what we want to be doing! Instead we purge these repressed energies out of our system one at a time. The safest way of doing this is working from the “top” downward.

We do this by generating “mental” or “spiritual” energy and forcing increased bio-electrical energy flow within our bodies. The OAK process is in my opinion safe enough for anyone to use. As a precaution, though, people in poor physical, mental, or emotional health should not follow any of these procedures without their doctor’s consent. I am not a doctor. The following expresses my opinion about what is happening and why it happens.

I must stress the incredible power of this method. In a matter of days we gain an increasing number of “insights” into our personal affairs. At first these will be “insights” into our personal philosophy of life as our mental outlook begins to clarify and complete itself. This happens through working with mental energies.

When our belief system is complete enough our awareness will transfer itself to the mental level permanently. From this mental level we will be able to objectively deal with the “repressed” emotional pain and trauma from the past. Moving into the mental level makes working with past emotional trauma much safer.

Our ego will be centered at the mental level where it is safe and in control. This is very important because releasing this “black” energy into awareness is very traumatic. As I went through this process I was seeing a psychologist as a precaution to ensure I was in no danger of “losing it”.

The gains and personal insights I was making at that time were so remarkable my psychologist described my personality as “fluid”! At the same time my ego was very strong and plastic and in no danger of being fragmented in any way.

Anyone can experience the same rapid personal growth and may at times be alarmed. Most of the time we will be joyous at the chance to rid ourselves of these “ghosts” from the past that prevent us from living the type of life we really want. THIS IS THE REAL THING!

This meditation purifies both the physical body and psyche so it can handle the more powerful and intense sexual and physical energies. It also opens one up to the lunar and solar cycles whereby monthly and seasonal energies are added to your own personal efforts and personal development is greatly accelerated.

MEDITATION EXERCISE

This exercise should be done at least once a day and if possible twice a day. The entire exercise lasts only about ten minutes but its effects are felt throughout the day and the night in spontaneous “insights”, lucid dreaming, and a marked increase in psychic abilities in general.

STEP ONE

Seat yourself comfortably with your spine straight and your hands resting comfortably on your lap.

Take a few deep breaths to relax and get into the right frame of mind. Close your eyes and visualize a ball of energy about four inches above your head. Keep trying until you can visualize this ball of energy easily and vividly.

The action of visualizing a ball of energy “outside” of the body is a very complex action. It involves a high degree of abstract thought and is at first very difficult. It requires a lot of energy in the head area as well as the ability to focus this energy.

The most important suggestion here is that practice makes perfect. A headache may result from this exercise if a person is not used to abstract thought of any kind. This is not serious unless it persists. A few days of not doing the exercise should correct the problem.

This exercise causes increased blood flow and oxygen to the brain and to the pituitary and pineal glands stimulating them to increased activity.

The idea of step one is to gradually strengthen these glands and increase their hormone activity. They are the master glands of the body and control other endocrine gland activity. This is the first step in increased health benefits.

Visualizing the energy ball as a rotating ball of energy helps to stabilize the visualization. Rather than clockwise or counter clockwise I always felt better rolling it like a snowball with the energy going up the back and down the front. This is similar to the way kundalini energy goes up the spine and then flows down the front of the body.

After visualizing a stable rotating ball of energy about four inches above your head, begin to visualize a second ball of energy surrounding the pineal gland in the center of the brain. This will directly stimulate the pineal gland. Simply forget about the first ball of energy and let it be. Turn your focus on creating a ball of energy right in the center of the brain.

Do the same thing as before mentally rotating it to help the energy stabilize. You may feel a strange sensation in your head as you are doing this. Increased blood flow is going to your brain. When this ball of energy is stabilized go back to the first ball of energy that is above your head and refresh it.

At first it will be difficult to visualize two energy balls at the same time. Rapidly switch awareness from one to the other until both are visualized at the same time. Continue this until both energy balls can be visualized quickly and easily. Each ball of energy is created out of a different type of energy. Take your time and make certain you are doing the meditation correctly.

STEP TWO

With both energy balls clearly visualized try to mentally force them together into one big energy ball. At first they will resist going together because the energy is not “synchronized”. It will seem like trying to push two balloons together. You will sense the resistance. Be persistent and keep trying until both energy balls merge together into one larger energy ball.

When the energy balls do finally merge together into one big energy ball there will be a definite shift of awareness that can be felt. The center of the big energy ball will have shifted toward the back of the head and it will feel as if half of it is protruding from the top and back of the head. Before this both balls were centered on and over the middle of the head.

This will be accompanied by an intense sensation of light and energy as illumination. Some have described the sensation as getting a buzz or getting high. There will be no mistaking when the two types of energy fuse together. It is a very powerful experience. Some people have been frightened by the experience and refused to continue further with the meditation.

Now it will feel like a basketball sized energy ball is half in your head and half outside the back of your head. This feeling will be very pronounced and definite.

Two types of energy are now synchronized together and working as “one” energy. Try to maintain this “locked together” visualization as long as possible. “Spiritual” energy is directing and fusing with pineal gland energy and stimulating all of the endocrine glands in a beneficial way. The pineal gland is the master gland of the body and will begin to work with the spiritual energy and distribute it throughout the physical body.

This begins the process of physical rejuvenation and increased health with all of the glands “synchronized” and working together. This is your direct connection to “Cosmic Energy”.

STEP THREE

After successfully visualizing the big energy ball, visualize a second energy ball centered directly behind the eyebrows where the pituitary gland or “third eye” is located. Forget about the big energy ball and focus on the new energy ball rotating it as before until it is stable.

When this is clearly visualized try to merge the two energy balls together. As before they will resist at first but when they do merge there will be a definite shift of awareness toward the center of the head. The combined energy ball will be much larger and fit around the head like a fishbowl. The sensation will not be as strong as the first time but you will be able to feel the separate energies fuse into one single energy.

A distinct awareness of a very large energy ball that extends around the head will result. With this experience will come the absolute certainty that the pituitary and pineal glands are “phase locked” together with the third “spiritual” energy. This is the formation of a resonant circuit within the brain itself! It will try to maintain itself through the day. This is the reason for the incredible gains of this method. After a few successful attempts this will be a permanent change.

The “phase locked” condition also causes the “master glands” to work together more closely than ever before. This alters the operation of the endocrine glands in a more harmonious way causing subtle changes throughout the entire body and releasing trapped “black” energy.

A few successful attempts will result in a permanent change with all three types of energy “phase locked” together. At first it was hard to merge them. Now it will be hard to separate them from each other.

STEP FOUR

This step completes the construction of the basic “energy ball” used in the remaining steps. After visualizing the energy ball as described in the first four steps you have integrated the energy of the crown chakra and third eye chakra. These have formed a large ball of energy that is surrounding the entire head. Now visualize a second energy ball located on the thyroid glands in the center of the throat.

Spin the energy ball to help stabilize it. As before merge this second energy ball with the large one to create an even larger energy ball. This is more difficult than the earlier steps because of the sheer size of the visualization. The finished ball extends above the head a little and includes the throat area. The “phase locking” sensation may be more difficult to sense. Keep working at it until you sense all of the energies blending together. This may even seem like a fog of energy that surrounds you.

After the ability is gained to easily create this large “phase locked” energy ball there are several ways to strengthen it. My choice is to mentally rotate it from the top of the head forward like a ball rolling in front of me. This motion helps to stabilize and strengthen it.

At this point you have an energy ball made up of four different energies that have “synchronized” together as harmonics or octaves of each other. They are locked together in a “phase locked” circuit that resists change and seeks to maintain itself. Your point of awareness should be able to easily move anywhere within this ball moving from one type of energy to another.

When this point is reached there will be a permanent change taking place in your awareness. These energies will begin to bleed through into each other and open blocked energy pathways.

Your entire day will be filled with one “insight” after another in a way that is truly incredible. Your mental processes are going through a complete overhaul as you fine tune and perfect your personal belief system.

Illuminations will fill in the missing pieces for you and you will gain many useful understandings.

This “locking” together of these energies is a wonderful thing and will begin the process of regeneration within your physical body. Parts of your psyche will begin to fit together as never before.

Played For Fools

Consider Gaia and how she twirls round and round as she travels through space. There is a northern hemisphere and a southern hemisphere. The northern hemisphere is magnetic north and the southern hemisphere is magnetic south. They are true opposites, one clockwise and the other counter clockwise; one pushing outward and the other concentrating like an inner vortex pulling things in.

Yet these two opposites which have nothing at all in common are united and in their union they reinforce each other and form the stable structure that supports Gaia and all life upon her!

This is the function of duality; two unite in a third form and create something stable; something both can support with all their power! This is also the dream of male and female and how love can unite them in a third marriage or union that joins their souls together in a joy that transcends life itself.

The Prince of the Sun degree in Scottish Rite Freemasonry teaches this ultimate union of opposites. It is symbolized by the snake swallowing its tail and by the circle. The idea is to recognize the ultimate union of opposites and play both ends against the middle, to gain the desired objective. So we have Democrats and Republicans; both convinced in the rightness of their own cause and the wrongness of the other. We have men and women misunderstanding and hating each other in a war of the sexes.

There is a deliberate effort to keep duality as conflict; duality as good and evil; alive and to eliminate duality as stable union and as strong and stable love between a man and a woman!

Are you getting angry yet? It gets much worse!

Now we can talk about the immortality of the soul and its empowerment; how conscious awareness can stay alive after physical death through the development of a strong sense of self that is not dependent upon the physical body. Psychologically we are talking about the creation of “an observer self”, that part of us that watches our dream self as we dream. Not every one has this; but many could. Strong egos and strong self esteem can be developed in many ways and I’ve written about some of them.

But this too is old news! The creation of the soul and the survival of awareness and consciousness after the death of the physical body have been known for ages. Each religion developed ways of doing this and they are strikingly similar.
But even here we have been played for fools! We have not been taught the need for uniting opposites in love to form a new and greater third; but taught the inevitable conflict and ultimate victory of one opposite over the other! This is the greatest crime that has ever been perpetrated against humanity and has resulted in the loss of many souls and many lives!

The various mystery schools of the East and the West have taught both a “White Path” and a “Red Path”. The “White Path” is essentially the mystical path of the Marriage of Sophia and Christ which culminates in the birth of the observer self or immortal soul, an awareness that can exist beyond the death of the physical body. It creates an astral body out of mental and spiritual energies and involves the denial of the physical body and its pleasures. But it is a true path in that it does involve the union of opposites.

The “Red Path” is essentially a path involving tantric sexuality and the union of opposites to create a “magical body” which can survive after the death of the physical body.

Variations of both the “White Path” and the “Red Path” can be found in Western Alchemy, the Hermetic Tradition, Neoplatonism, mythology, Arab, gnostic and medieval sources as well as the Eastern Religions including Buddhism, Taoism, and Hinduism.

In all of the above the true paths can be discerned by this balancing of contraries and necessary union of opposites. The false path can be discerned in the inevitable conflict of opposites and the dominion of one over the other. One is the path of love and the other is the path of hate!

The Divine Marriage Of Gaia And Lucifer

At the division of souls into Divine Counterparts, one male and one female, that which is called the first principle was retained by the male and that which is called the second principle was retained by the female. Ordinarily neither has conscious awareness of these gifts and the one is not capable of being conscious of the other’s gift. These two principles lie at the extreme outmost circumference of the soul and of reality, even though they exist in every atomic particle.

To the male was given the ability to tap into the creative force of life itself, the energy of the photon or infinite spiritual light and its complement the lightning flash or lightning bolt. This is the life force energy itself, an ever growing and expansive force that pervades all of existence. This force is also called the Wrath of God, or Lucifer. It is the energy that creates voltage or stress until something happens and the destructive lightning flashes. When the lightning flashes the voltage is released into the female principle and the male principle becomes quiet and relaxed. This process is eternal and exists at all levels of the soul and all levels of life.

The female retains the mysterious “cone of power” or magical/magnetic power of attracting or repelling. Again this power is above the physical world and beneath the physical world. It is this magnetic power that creates the womb or female matrix and it creates on the physical level and on the non physical level according to what type of energy is going through it. This force or power is not ordinarily worked with at the conscious level and remains mechanical and sub conscious for most females. So the female magically draws to her those things she desires into her matrix and magically repels those things she refuses through the power of her love.

It is this matrix or spiritual womb that mixes male and female energies together to form a third energy which is responsible for the creation of all things. Consider the electron and proton in the atom, these are the subatomic principles of the male energy, light and electricity. Consider how the rotating north magnetic field and opposite rotating south magnetic field combine to form the first simple atom of Hydrogen. This is what happens in the spiritual womb of the female.

This is how God created the universe as the Holy Trinity which exists as the fountain of life within every atom that exists, the Father (light/electricity), the Mother (rotating north magnetic/rotating south magnetic) and the Throne of God (the first atom, Hydrogen which forms the stars and the sun). This also forms the highest spiritual body which awareness of both the male and female soul can dwell within. It is the primal body of light and is a round ball of energy which lies beyond the great abyss and is not of this world. Awareness can travel within this astral body to the far ends of existence. This is also the center of the heart of God and of Golden colored Christ energy and love.

At the death of the physical body this primal body of light is what the soul or awareness tries to go inside for safety. It is the first door of death and if awareness can find a home here the soul has truly become immortal and has merged with all of creation as the unity of light. The only way this body of light can be created is by the first principle of the male entering the second principle of the female with enough force to create the spiritual birth for both of them.

If this fails the awareness tries entering the second door of the soul, that of the Helium atom. This completes the first electron ring of the atom and is known as the Sun/Son of God. It is the level of archetypal awareness and of the various gods and goddesses. This is a spiritual level above that of logic and reason and can only be arrived at through spiritual illumination. At this level the soul becomes a Christ or god/dess. This is the level of the third eye and the level that Christianity has taught and striven for this past two thousand years. The astral body of the soul created at this level is human shaped but without features like a balloon of light. It is a radiant body that one can not behold. It is the body of Christ.

If the ego or awareness after the death of the physical body fails at the first and second door of eternal life it enters the third gate of death, the abstract mental energies of the throat chakra. Here the soul or awareness must once more reincarnate into a new birth, but it has a choice to the degree that awareness can hold itself together. This is the 5th density level of the “observer self”, the individual soul or reincarnating ego which survives the death of the physical personality and holds the energies of the soul together as much as it can. Again this “observer self” is created through the mixing and exchange of mental/philosophical male and female energies within the spiritual matrix of the female. The astral body created at this level is that of the “ascended master”.

This has been called the alchemical marriage of Christ and Sophia, his holy bride. It results in the creation of an observer self or soul for both the male and female. The creation of this observer self came about as a byproduct of the invention of reading and writing about four thousand years ago. Prior to that the soul as we know it, the observer self didn’t exist except in a very few bloodlines and in a few individuals. Humanity lived in a hive mind or collective where there were no true individuals except the leaders who alone were able to develop strong enough egos.

This is the level of the rose colored energy of love and of the heart center.

So for the past four thousand years this holy divine marriage of the Christ and Sophia, with the denial of the lower sexual energies and the corresponding repression of the female has dominated the religions and spiritual traditions of the earth. Gaia has never ascended and the Divine Marriage of Gaia and Lucifer has never been allowed until now. For the first time the lowest energies of life and love have been allowed to mix with the highest energies in a full spectrum marriage that completes the male soul and the female soul as Divine Counterparts. This marriage is the only way that Gaia could ascend with all living things. It has never been done before.

The Temple Of One

The Temple Of One

In the beginning the two groups of alien souls or space brothers and sisters incarnated into physical bodies. They had a strong disadvantage because they did not have a soul connection to Gaia and physical manifesting was not very easy so they allied themselves with the original Gaia inhabitants.

The dynamics of that was interesting because on the one hand there were the rational atheists. They had a strong group soul which they came in with, The other ones, the social enforcers or traditionalists had a strong sense of self and of the immortality of the soul and the spirit world. The spirit worlds were very real for them and the original Gaia inhabitants were just in the beginning stages of developing their own awareness of these things so they were very susceptible to outside influence.

So the native Gaia inhabitants were true organic Gnostics and throughout history, every place you see the hidden teachings of Gnosticism and Tantric sexuality and how they are involved in the development of the soul it refers to them. These things involve love relationships between males and females and the equality of the sexes that goes back to the original inhabitants of Gaia,

Things that go back to the rational atheist point of view are the importance of logic and reason, science and sacrificing of the individual for community and for greater purposes.
The downside is that a machine has no soul and it has no heart and these humans didn’t have a soul and didn’t have a heart in the sense that the original Gaia inhabitants had and so to them the spiritual side of life did not exist. It had no meaning. Everything was mechanical like a machine.

Now the social enforcers or traditionalists knew all about spirituality. They taught the immortality of the soul and how important the heart and the soul was in life, but they were so impassioned by the non-physical realms that they hated physical life and sexuality. They taught to focus on the spiritual and deny the physical side of life.

What they didn’t say is that ultimately the soul and the physical body need each other. That they create a resonant circuit and what else they didn’t say was that the soul by itself, will fade back into nothingness if it does not incarnate back into a physical body to replenish itself.

In both of these two groups there were developed souls that were coming into physical bodies to strengthen and develop their own souls. But they were also working with and in cooperation with the original Gaia inhabitants because the original Gaia inhabitants had the power to draw the fire down from heaven and to physically manifest things. Both groups needed the original Gaia inhabitants abilities to manifest things physically.

It’s important to get an idea of this and how they formed the first mystery schools. I guess you could say the first religion. It was called the Temple of One because everything was in unity. Everything was united and there was a place for each group of humans.

We first see this in the Egyptian Book of the Dead which talks about the three gates that exist for the soul as it transitions from physical life through death and back to some other body. Centuries later we see this reflected once again in the Tibetan Book of the Dead.

The three gates, one for each of these groups and the highest gate, the gate of the individual soul was reserved for the original Gaia inhabitants. The second gate, where the soul upon death was greeted by a Messiah figure or teacher was relegated to the rational atheists. This was a collective because they belonged to a collective soul and that’s where they found their sense of self and would come back from there. The third gate was for the social enforcers or the traditionalists. They found themselves at a doorway or portal where they encountered their reincarnating ego or higher self who directed them to their next body and helped with an overview of the past life.

In the beginning these were all recognized and they were all held together. I first ran across the temple of One when reading about Atlantis. We don’t have any record in the physical world of Atlantis existing and the best we can do is the Minoan civilization of Crete. For all practical purposes, we can say that Crete and the Minoan civilization, represented Atlantis.

It was destroyed by earthquake and flood and in it lived the highest expression of physical life which included the arts, the sciences and the spiritual. It included equality of men and women as well, so there’s nothing wrong with saying that Crete could have been the true island of Atlantis of legend.

And it had the Temple of One. These three groups were able to meet together and live in harmony with each offering their strengths to the others.

But with the destruction of Crete this all changed. We see some of that happening and the survivors going into Egypt. The Egyptian Book of the Dead had some reflections of life similar to what we see in monotheism, Zoroastrianism and other religious concepts,

But basically this is when everything started to fall apart and these two groups which were working in harmony with the original Gaia inhabitants began to work against each other and work against the original Gaia inhabitants.

We see in our modern world how firmly logic and reason and the sciences deny any aspect of the spirit and any aspect of religion.

On the other hand we see how religion and the church has totally denied any importance of physical life, the importance of human sexuality and love relationships. It has focused exclusively or almost exclusively upon the afterlife.

By doing these things both of these groups have tried to disenfranchise the original Gaia inhabitants by feeding them narratives that encourage dependence upon their own group. They have tried to trick the original Gaia inhabitants into turning over their own power to external authorities.

The Gift Of Life

Deep within us something rejoices at the sight of a newborn baby. Each child is a treasure and sacred. The mother of the child is the bringer of life. The innocence of childhood with its joy of living does not need to be lost as we grow older.

We can regain the joy of living we once had as children. To all of us the gift of life is sacred. We are given the limited time we have to advance humanity’s position on planet Earth.

It is wrong to waste that time in self-destructive or non-productive activities. It is also wrong to destroy the life of another in an act of aggression for personal gain.

It is important we have respect for the lives of others and allow them the space and freedom to live and grow. There is no need to fear allowing others freedom and space. There is a difference in fighting to defend our selves and in the violence of war, rape, pillage and murder. When unprovoked never strike the first blow that harms another.

However, when a conflict is inevitable the first blow should be ours and that blow should be decisive. Imagine that we drive to a shopping center late one evening for some last minute shopping and leave the store to return to our car. We are pushing a cart of groceries before us.

As we enter the parking lot and near our car a suspicious and threatening person advances toward us. Looking wildly around for an escape route we see another person coming up behind us. There is no escape and we are stabbed, beaten and die in that dark parking lot because someone wanted our money to buy drugs.

We were so paralyzed with fear we were unable to make one move to defend ourselves. We lived and we died a helpless victim. The policeman around the corner arrived too late to save us.

But what about our loved ones? Our spouse, our children, siblings and parents are suddenly also victims. With our death an important part of their lives is gone forever and we did not lift a finger to prevent it. We were frozen with fear.

Because of our inability to act our loved ones will spend the rest of their lives with any empty space we could have filled. Because of our lack of awareness we failed those that loved us at the time they needed us most.

The gift of life is not simple. When we die our death affects the lives of many other people and they become victims also.

We have an obligation to those we love and those that love us. We have an obligation to choose the manner and time of our own death as much as humanly possible. We are obligated to die with dignity and honor if it is within our power to do so.

Be aware enough to recognize and avoid dangerous situations. When it is not possible to avoid a situation have the awareness and competence to initiate appropriate action and control the outcome of the situation. If we need to fight, make sure we strike the first blow and it causes damage. Hopefully it will cause enough damage to end the fight before there even is a fight.

If we die in such a battle we die with dignity and honor. Our loved ones will still mourn our deaths but they will gain comfort in knowing we fought and we never compromised. They will know we inflicted damage on those that destroyed us.

Think of the joy and happiness of our loved ones if we live through such an encounter because we fought back in self-defense. We now have the rest of our lives to share with them.

The family bonds in life are most sacred. It is important we can fight for the safety and protection of those we love. It is not wrong to fight for those we love; it is an obligation. We never know when we may need to fight for survival.

Have the knowledge and ability to fight with teeth and fingernails if those are the only weapons we have. There is within each one of us the capacity for fearful violence and we need to make it our friend. It will work for our survival in such desperate times of need. Our capacity for physical violence is our friend.

It is there to save our lives and the lives of those we love. It is not right to deny and suppress this aspect of who we are. It is a part of being human.

Our children will know and have comfort in the knowledge that we will do anything in our power to protect and save them from threatening situations. We will even give our lives for them if necessary.

Our spouse can feel safe knowing we will always give our support when they need it. They can count on us to do our part and we will support them in doing their part. They can feel our home is a place of safety and refuge.

Our parents need not fear old age because we will be there to take care of them when they need us. Our parents can know we have the ability and the strength to take care of them. Our siblings can see us as examples and draw encouragement from our own successes in life.

We can strive to be living examples so in our death our lives will be remembered.

Care about neighborhood and town and do your part to see it is a safe place to live in. By caring about the safety and welfare of those we love, we benefit others in the community at the same time.

The key to a safe community is to be capable of doing what is needed. We can provide the safety and protection for ourselves and for those we love. The policeman will always be around the corner and out of earshot when we need him. Never expect the policeman to do what we can’t do for ourselves and for each other. It is wrong to give away power and responsibility to a policeman that we should keep for ourselves. It will never be in our best interests to do so.

It is your life. Keep it in your hands!

Chapter 8B

Then he took the bowl of consecrated salt from the High Priestess as she picked up the bowl of consecrated water. They faced each other and he poured the salt slowly into the bowl of water and set his empty bowl down on the altar. He stayed there as the High Priestess set her bowl on the altar and began casting the circle with her knife. She started in the north west corner of the circle directly where Tobal and the others were standing and moved deosil walking the perimeter of the circle saying.

May this circle be a meeting place of love, joy and truth. Shield us against evil, protect us and direct the power we shall raise tonight. In the name of the Lord and Lady, So mote it be.”

The High Priest joined her as they both came back to the circle entrance. With her knife she opened a pathway for them to enter the circle. Then she and the High Priest began to admit members into the circle with a hug and kiss spinning them clockwise into the circle. The High Priestess greeted the males and the High Priestess greeted the females into the circle until everyone was within the circle and seated.

The entry was sealed and the High Priest took the bowl of water and started at the North signal fire behind the altar sprinkling it with the water and salt mixture. He continued around the circle stopping at each quarter sprinkling the water and salt mixture intoning.

“I purify you with water.”

Coming once more to the North he continued around the circle sprinkling each member with water and blessing him or her.

As he was doing this a different Master in a red cloak took up a smoking smudge of sage and stopped at each quarter waving the smoking smudge saying.

“I purify you with air.”

She continued around the circle blessing and purifying each circle member.

Another Master took a flaming torch from the central bonfire and purified the circle and members with fire. Only the High Priestess and High Priest had their hoods down. The other red cloaked figures had large hoods that covered their faces and hid their identities. Tobal only recognized Ellen as the HighPriestess.

The High Priestess went to the East of the circle and drew an invoking pentagram of air with her knife.

“Watchtowers of the East, powers of air. I call upon you to be with us tonight.”

Moving along the edge of the circle to the South Quarter she traced a matching invoking pentagram of fire in the air in front of the signal fire.

“Watchtowers of the South, powers of fire. I call upon you to be with us tonight.”

Moving to the west she traced an invoking pentagram of water in front of that signal fire.

“Watchtowers of the west, powers of water. I call upon you to be with us tonight.”

Moving to the North she traced an invoking pentagram of earth in front of that signal fire.

“Watchtowers of the North, powers of Earth. I call upon you to be with us tonight.”

Tobal suddenly felt an electrical tension that filled the circle. It was a powerful energy but also quiet and balanced. He sensed each of the four energies and wondered at their uses.

Returning to the altar in the North, the High Priestess made the sign of the cross and turned with her back facing the altar. Her robe slipped to the ground displaying her naked body in the fire light.

The High Priest with his right fore finger touched her right breast, left breast, womb, and back up to her right breast making a downward pointing triangle.

“I invoke and call upon the eternal Lady that is deep within you and has always been within you from the birth of your physical body and from the birth of your eternal soul. Join us in peace and love within our circle and give us your blessings.”

The High Priest stepped back and waited silently. The High Priestess opened her eyes and Tobal could swear it was not the same person. Her eyes and voice took on a power and authority that filled the entire circle.

“Let there be Love.”

Slowly they traded places and the High Priest stood with his back to the altar and his robe slid to the ground exposing his hard and muscled figure. The High Priestess with power and authority touched him first on the center of the forehead, then the left shoulder, the right shoulder and back to the forehead once more making an upward pointing triangle.

“I invoke and call upon the eternal Lord that is deep within you and has always been within you since the birth of your physical body and the birth of your immortal soul. Join us in energy and light within our circle and give us your blessings.”

Then she stood back and waited. The High Priest opened his eyes and responded spreading his arms wide in blessing.

“Let there be Light!”

Tobal could feel energy filling the circle. It was charged with a type of static electricity and was feeling hot and stuffy, almost a little uncomfortable. He also felt the presence of the Lord and Lady within the High Priest and High Priestess and wondered at it.

The High Priestess and the High Priest then stood side by side facing the East holding hands as she intoned the charge of the Lord and Lady as he first heard it during his initiation.

He felt deeply stirred at the memory and suddenly he could see and feel both the Lord and Lady leaving the High Priest and High Priestess and taking their place above the central fire. He sensed them in his mind looking down in blessing and filling the circle with love, peace and healing. It seemed they looked directly toward him and smiled in welcome.

Then the drums began and members began to dance deosil around the circle. Tobal joined reluctantly at first and then with growing passion. They danced slowly and then more wildly as the energy level rose. The drums beat more rapidly and the dancers became crazed throwing off robes and dancing naked in the fire light. They leapt and sang in ecstasy moving around the fire alone and as partners, loosing themselves to the beat and rhythm of the drums. Tobal gave himself to the pounding rhythm and to the Lord and Lady. He was dancing for them.

The drums beat faster and faster until the dancers were sweat streaked but showing no sign of stopping. A sudden signal from the High Priestess brought complete and abrupt silence to the entire circle as everyone turned and looked at her. The tension and energy in the circle was overpowering.

“Lord and Lady,” she shouted, “We ask you to send your blessings and our blessings out to those in special need this night. We especially ask you to bless and assist those that are about to solo. Be with them and guide their steps so they may return successfully to us in a month’s time. So mote it be!”

“So mote it be,” the entire circle replied and Tobal felt such a wave of energy and love wash over him that he was swept out of his body and up once more into the arms of the Lady, this time as a baby. She gazed lovingly into his eyes as his consciousness faded away.

Tobal woke as someone helped him back to the edge of the circle where his robe was laying. The circle felt empty, the energy was gone although he still felt it inside himself. That wasn’t the end though because Nikki’s initiation began. Again he experienced the build up of energy, only this time it was directed at Nikki. Again in his minds eye he saw the Lord and Lady taking their place above the central fire.

Later there were people standing in relaxed bunches around fires drinking and eating. Instinctively he knew the circle had done some powerful magick that night and that his solo would be blessed.

This was quite different from the wild party he had experienced last month. There was a feeling of joy, friendship and goodwill as people joked and talked with each other helping themselves to enormous quantities of food and drink. They gradually moved into small groups to quietly sit together and talk far into the night. He made a special point of welcoming Nikki into the clan.

He spent time chatting with Zee and noticed Angel was back from sanctuary. She was limping slightly but otherwise seemed to be doing well. He met another Apprentice named Tara. He had noticed her dancing and made a special point to meet her. Wayne and Char were both there laughing at some of the stories Rafe was telling. It was a good party and he felt warm and happy when he finally made his way to bed.

Tobal’s solo wasn’t the way he envisioned it. He left circle on the 2nd morning when everyone else was leaving. He had decided to explore some country that he hadn’t visited before and wanted to find a place with adequate water. He was also interested in finding an area where he could set up a permanent base camp. To his surprise, he wasn’t interested in the solo. He was interested in exploring.

With those two things in mind he decided to head south and see what the country was like. His map showed a small lake about a hundred miles South. He wanted to check it out and do some exploring. It was out of the area he was expected to stay within but there were no hard rules about where he could and couldn’t go. His vision of the Lord and Lady seemed to be directing him and pulling him toward that lake for some reason. He had noticed it on the map before but it was only since last night he really felt compelled to see it on his own.

Somehow the energy of the circle last night had changed something inside of him and altered his plans about where he was going to solo. Still it felt right and he headed east until he found a small stream that emptied into the lake. With a light heart he whistled as he started out. The day was bright and shiny. He kept on the lookout for things to eat and made a leisurely camp near the stream. It was late May and the weather was a little chill in the evening but wonderful during the day.

After setting up a shelter and gathering fire wood for the night he roasted a rabbit he had gotten with a sling earlier in the day. As it was roasting he brought the last firewood into the camp. He was hoping for fresh fish in the morning and set out fish traps. Earlier he had stopped by one of his caches and brought some smoked jerky from the deer he had killed.

He mixed some of the jerky with greens and made hearty soup that went well with the rabbit. It really hit the spot. He had gotten salt at circle last night and used it sparingly in the food. It was wonderful.

These daily activities were so routine for him that he didn’t really think about them anymore. He was thinking instead about the territory up ahead. Staying alive and having enough food was not a concern thanks to Rafe’s excellent training.

He settled in under the blankets, the crackling of the fire in his ears and firelight flickering against his face. In his minds eye he could see the Lord and Lady watching over him and he wondered at his feeling of being protected. Feeling surrounded in love and peace he fell into an easy sleep waking only to tend the fire as it burned low.

Like A Rock

There are times in life when we need to stand fast, resolute, and invulnerable like a rock. In times of assault and trial we feel the need to stand true to our inner convictions, true to what we believe in, in the face of death itself.

At such times we are like a rock in our faith and it is a source of strength to us. This is a sound defensive strategy. It is easier to take a defensive position and resist all attacks rather than attack a superior force or opponent.

It is sound judgment to let the opposition work itself out and deplete its energy while we retain ours through a tight defensive position.

This concept of standing like a rock has a very solid foundation in physical reality and draws strength from physical reality. It also shows the wisdom of caution and non-aggression while remaining true to who we really are.

Due to the hierarchal nature of life, as we develop our own personal power we earn the right to a better position. A position in life that holds more options for us and more chances for fulfillment. This means we may eventually take over a position that someone else already holds.

All positions within the hierarchy are always filled. As soon as a position becomes vacant the proper person fills it. Our struggle to advance becomes a threat to those who currently hold the position we are striving for and they will fiercely resist, not out of malice toward us, but in the interests of self-preservation.

They wish to retain the position they currently hold. It is popular to believe that the advancement of our own interests and pursuit of happiness should not be a threat to anyone else. The truth is that nature is always filled to capacity and the finite world we live in will not grow any larger.

When we advance someone else somewhere loses a little space. The opposite is also true. When someone else somewhere loses a little bit there is an opening that we can advance into. This happens naturally as people in the workforce age and retire leaving empty positions to be filled by younger people. The difference between these two methods is profound. The first is aggression and open attack for power and position in life. The individual attempts to force his or her will upon others.

The second method is when a person stays at his or her current position slowly and gradually gaining personal power as little openings present themselves and at the proper moment in time when a person in a higher position retires or withdraws that newly vacated position is offered to us. In this method there is no fighting for position and power because it is naturally recognized which person is proper for the new position.

There is no need to attack people who hold positions we aspire to. In the fullness of time and when it is appropriate that position will become ours if it is meant to be. It is wise to be content with our own growth and personal evolution and not threaten people.

There is no need to attack them. They may even at some point attack us simply because our increased energy is becoming a threat to them. Let them draw the first blood.

Many times they feel trapped in positions that are becoming too much for them to handle and they want to find a way out. Attacking us is often a way to hasten their own retirement in an honorable way. Such people feel that it is better to die fighting for something then to be confined for the rest of their living years in an old folks home as they die from a degenerative disease.

When we desire personal growth in life our actions will often result in others attacking us at some point. Our efforts toward self-fulfillment are making it more difficult for others to achieve their own personal goals. At times there is a valid conflict of interest in even the most innocent of goals. We might want what others want and they might want what we want.

To believe otherwise is to bury one’s head in the sand and refuse to see the world as it exists. To admit the realities of life is to come to terms with them in a way that treats others with respect and dignity.

In taking a defensive position and asserting ourselves a little at a time as the opportunity presents we can advance without losing respect for human life and dignity. If others choose to fight us in battle we have the sacred trust and obligation to respect their right and choice and also the sacred trust and obligation to fight back with every ounce of power and energy available to us. We can respect those we battle with as fellow warriors who wish to die in battle or go down fighting.

When others attack it is vital we hold our own against them. We stand firm to what we believe in the face of death itself. Our position is rightfully earned through the honest development of personal power and the accumulated energy of physical work. We do not need to back down.

Often those who attack us are in the position that is right for us. They no longer have the right to that position because they have abused it or have become unfit for it in some manner. These people seek to hold their position through fear and intimidation and not through personal ability. It is a moral wrong to surrender to these people when it is within our power to advance into a position that is rightfully one that we have earned.

It may be morally wrong to aggressively force our way into positions of power and influence, but it is equally wrong to avoid those positions if they are offered to us either as a gift or through the aggressions of others. It is not morally wrong to take the power away from a bully who uses intimidation and terror to achieve his or her goals.

Life situations can take on the quality of opening a can of worms. An action that seems very simple and straightforward can entangle us in a hopeless mess that will drain away our energy reserves. Those in higher positions will attempt to draw us into situations that will entangle us. These people are adept at finding any weak spots that we may have and use them against us.

The key to dealing with these situations is to remain purely defensive. Establish a boundary and don’t let an opponent cross that boundary. Be true to our own interests and keep our efforts and energies away from entanglements and lost causes.

In this way even our weaknesses turn into strengths as we gain awareness of them and are forced to deal with them in an appropriate manner. Often our greatest weaknesses when honestly confronted and owned become our greatest strengths and assets.

Do not aggressively attack for positions of power and influence. Those in superior positions will hold the advantage and turn our own efforts against us. They have the ability to twist and distort our own efforts in a way that will advance their own position. When we refuse to attack they have no means of diverting us and drawing us into unprofitable activities. They can do nothing and we can quietly continue our efforts at personal growth in peace and tranquility.

By remaining in a tightly focused defensive position we can wait out any attack and weather the storm. When the storm is over we will be free to assume the positions in life that we have earned through our own hard effort. Our enemies will have destroyed themselves by bettering themselves against the solid rock of our defense. Openings for advancements will then appear when the timing is right.

Magic, Mystery And Madness

Have you ever fallen in love with the mystery and elusiveness of magic? Do the shadows make your pulse jump? Does energy work fill you with an intense pleasure?

I know that over the years it has done this for me and much more. What yearning can possess someone to seek initiations into secret societies and secret knowledge? There is a hunger in my soul that only magic can fill and this post is for those people like me.

In the subjective world of magic everyone perceives differently but there is one universal truth. Once you have experienced something magical you can recognize when other people talk about similar experiences, even when they use different words and concepts. This is such a broad subject and there are so many places where one could start.

I’ve chosen to begin with magic and its ties to physical reality. Contrary to what many believe, magic is for those seeking material manifestations and intense physical living. It is not an escape from reality, but an intense immersion into physical reality.

Magical energy is generated by the physical body. It stands to reason that anyone seriously interested in magic must take good care of their physical body and treat it as the temple which it truly is.

Extreme living is the norm for magical practitioners. Often excessive, compulsive behavior is needed to develop the magical powers of the soul. Think about it. An intense energy drives people who are serious about magic.

So what is magic? It makes me almost puke to to hear “change in conformity with will” or some other garbage.

Let me tell you what I’ve heard from sources I trust. The Rosicrucians claimed that H Spencer Lewis, former Imperator, was able to manifest gold through alchemy in a public demonstration. Joseph Weed mentions that a Rosicrucian master manifested physical roses that fell in an auditorium. These roses had stems that tapered into points. They were not natural flowers.

These statements clearly state physical manifestations are possible. As a Rosicrucian of over 20 years I’ve studied the techniques claimed to manifest these things. I have not had such impressive results. I hope to someday find conclusive proof of this one way or another. In the meantime I would like to share that the world is currently in a magical battle and that ordinary magical practices no longer apply.

What I have personally experienced is powerful transformative techniques that have changed my life. These have been magical in every way. I have also experienced precognitive dreams on a regular basis which proves that physical events must happen astrally before they manifest physically.

I have also experienced lucid dreaming in which the outcome of an event was altered through will and magical effort. There is no doubt that such dreams altered the potential outcome of real physical events which happened the next day.

Over the past twenty five years I have developed all astral bodies and their powers. I currently function in multiple realities. The astral planes are no longer theoretical, but actual and I experience them every moment of my day!

In summary, astral work or dream work can and does alter physical reality before it manifests. That is enough for me to believe in the value of magical workings and the validity of astral phenomenon.

The Incubus And Succubus

Whether you are generating sexual orgasm energy with an opposite sex partner, homosexually or auto erotically you will still experience the incubus or succubus. Sexual dreams are a normal part of a healthy dream life. By generating and sending sexual orgasm energy you’re actively provoking such experiences!

The act of generating sexual orgasm energy is a mechanical process. How the body stores that energy during the day and releases it into the astral at night through dreams is the magical part of the process.

Sexual orgasm energy is highly polarized as male or female and will attract suitable opposite sex energy within the dream environment. You will draw astral lovers to yourself or be drawn to them. This is all part of the process and is involuntary unless you deliberately choose to send the energy to someone in particular or go to them.

The incubus or succubus is a projection of the shadow self of your magical partner. The more distorted the incubus or succubus, the more distorted your magical partner’s belief in themselves. The same is true for angelic love encounters. These are projections of your partner’s higher self and not of their true nature. Only after you and your magical partner dissolve and integrate these two secondary personalities can you meet face-to-face within the dream/astral worlds. What this means is that in the beginning you will encounter the demonic side of your magical partner and they will encounter your demonic side. You’ll come face-to-face with their greatest fears and they will come face-to-face with yours. You will also come face-to-face with their greatest desires and they with yours. But neither are real. They are the sharing of not self; those things despised or those things desired but unattainable.

Coming face-to-face with the greatest fears of someone else is even more challenging than confronting your own greatest fears. The same is true for your greatest desires. These things are what makes this path so difficult. You need to integrate both the shadow and higher self of your magical partner as well as integrating your own shadow or higher self.

Fortunately this is an automatic process that unfolds gradually in its own time and in its own way as you continue to generate sexual orgasm energy twice a day.

There is an ancient wisdom within the physical body and that wisdom guides the entire process. First is the dissolving and integration of the shadow and higher self, then the giving and receiving of energy to the female to create her own Observer self, then the birth of an astral child that will house the male’s Observer self, then the creation of a personal timeline and lastly the astral creation of an entire world.

Throughout this process various other experiences will follow as the soul develops and begins to function magically within the astral worlds. You maintain an astral connection with your magical partner throughout the entire cycle and remain permanently linked at its conclusion even though you may each go separate ways.

It is likely that you will be drawn into various cycles with various magical partners as level after level of the astral is explored and layer after layer of the soul is developed. But there will only be one magical partner at a time. This is the concept known as magical celibacy. The incubus and succubus are personality fragments of actual people whom you are in energetic contact with in some manner, personally, or even over the Internet.
