The astral planes are not empty, they are full to the brim! Sometimes it is almost impossible to inject sexual orgasm energy or any other type of energy into them and other times it is very easy. There are also times when the first injection of energy seems like it hits a wall, but later when you try the second time there is lots of room. What has happened is that the first try actually burst through the astral congestion and made some space for your second attempt! Other times it feels like the astral is draining every ounce of energy away from you! It is doing this to support your own astral creations by the way! Once something is created within the astral it will try to maintain itself and resist alteration. It will draw energy from you to remain intact. This is a good thing even if it drains you of energy!

The lunar cycle is like a heartbeat that alternately squeezes and expands the astral layers and circulates the astral energy throughout all the levels, impelling some things toward physical manifestation and other times destroying astral creations.

The process of generating sexual orgasm energy or any other type of energy twice a day and injecting it into the astral is somewhat similar to jumping in front of a train! Your energy creates a major disruption causing the astral bonds to burst at a weak point and then merge back together in a new pattern, one that includes your added energy! You add the energy and the daily cycle, the lunar cycle and the solar cycle are the trains which create the pressure that makes things happen by bursting through the existing astral configurations.

In the beginning the weak spot is inside of yourself and that is where the energy will burst apart blocked energy channels as it clears them. Later as your energy channels become open and functioning the astral disruption happens outside of you in other places within the astral. At times this messes with other magic workers and provokes magical combats. But magical combat is not to be feared because it is all about energy and you replenish your energy everyday while the other magicians don’t! I have had hundreds of astral conflicts over the years and never lost one of them, although it might have been a draw in the early days and required several repeated attempts.

The important point is that the astral is finite and injecting sexual orgasm energy or any other type of energy into it twice a day radically empowers your astral creations and helps them to magically manifest and also helps to develop your soul and your astral bodies. It forces growth and this is what we want. The astral resists change and will absorb most efforts at changing unless those efforts are forceful. Continue injecting sexual orgasm energy or any other type of energy twice a day into the astral until the present moment is the present moment which you desire. It is that simple. The reverse is also that simple. Without injecting energy into the astral your astral creations will just stay there in limbo and not go anywhere. Most people end up creating astral events for their next physical life because what they create will never manifest in this one!

This is what makes the Tantric path different. It is the path of attainment in this lifetime! These are not empty words! But the path is only for the bravest of the brave!

I would like to talk about the search for our ancient roots. In particular looking for the roots of true mysticism or organic gnosticism. But in the meantime we also have to talk about the roots of what I call rational atheism and the roots of what I call social enforcers or false prophets. I’m using those terms to describe three separate groups of ideologies that existed about the same time in history in the same geographical locations.

I was recently interested in my genetic history and had a DNA sample analysed. I learned about my family tree on my father’s side. I belong to haplogroup G – M21. This is considered the first immigration group out of Africa and it happened about 13,000 years ago. Now this group of people actually settled in an area that goes from Iran and Turkey all the way up through the Caucasus mountains into the Ukraine, maybe into Russia, over into Bavaria, southern Germany and even into the northern mountains of Italy as well as also reaching into India.

People could have settled in this area as long as 21,000 years ago, or 21,000 to 8000 BC. So my anscestors were actually the first inhabitants of this region that has been roughly described as the Balkans. They were Neolithic farmers and they built some of the first civilizations. No, they were not the Aryan invaders or the later invaders into that area. The Aryans began to invade that same area around 5000 BC, but the original inhabitants had been living there for well over 3000 years, maybe even 13,000 years before the hordes of the Aryans came in. I want to make a clear point that it is not the Aryans we are talking about. Not the Aryans with their warlike beliefs.

The Aryan patriarchal dominated society is the group I will call social enforcers or false prophets and we will see later what I mean by that. I am talking about an ideology that will fit the category of false prophets as opposed to the true mystics or organic gnostics who were the earlier first inhabitants.

Around 1500 to 1000 BC, the Semites came. This obviously included the Semites who were led by Moses out of Egypt and they also ended up in the southern regions of this area. These Jewish people, the Semites, were highly literate. In fact, all of these people were highly literate. I’ll get into that later, but this group of people, the Semites, I am going to call rational atheists because their beliefs were very intellectual, including logic and reason, but they did not really recognize an afterlife or the continuation of awareness after the death of the physical body. They had their own beliefs which even though classified as a religion I’m going to call somewhat atheistic as opposed to that of the true mystics or organic gnostics.

These original inhabitants also lived in the city of Babylon. In India they were called the Dravidians. I don’t really know what they were called in other areas of the Balkans and other East European areas. But these are the people I’m talking about and it’s interesting to know that they were mostly goddess worshipers and devoted to the sacredness of life.

They worshiped nature. They held the the feminine sacred and they had partnerships where the men and the women actually lived on reasonably equal terms so they were not male-dominated. The female was revered because it was the female who brought life into existence and Gaia, mother earth, was considered female because Gaia brought life. The goddess also brought death because life and death went hand-in-hand, and in those days, birth was a dangerous thing because so many women died during childbirth. There were a lot of infants that died at birth as well so the idea of birth and death were tied firmly together.

These were the two sides of the goddess and the male’s role in this was to be in-service to the goddess. It was also known how the energy dynamics of soul development worked through the exchanging of Tantric sexual energies.

It’s interesting that the Dravidian’s in India retained a lot of the Tantric practices and beliefs but they also appeared in ancient Crete. The Minoan culture was very open and free about human sexuality, and equality. They also had a very very modernized civilization that had running water.

The arts were highly developed in Crete and again showed the same equality of the male and the female in social roles and they were not warlike. There were no massive fortifications to protect the populace from invasions. They were mainly farmers and agrarian’s.

It was around 5000 BC when these three groups of people all congested and converged into this area that we are talking about. The original inhabitants whom I’m descended from were peaceful agrarian’s or farmers. Then came the Aryans that were warlike and basically decimated the entire area. A little bit later the Jewish and Semite people brought a third influence into the region. These groups of people were literate. They had a written language. They were literate and that literacy is an important concept to be talking about later because it was the invention of literacy that brought about a revolution is the concept of religion and spirituality, one that was dominated by the male perspective through the invention of reading and writing.

Rafe regarded him gravely a minute before answering. There are not many people claiming sanctuary in the winter. Some of these people have been Apprentice for three or more years. They might remain Apprentice for the rest of their lives if they don’t grow up and train someone. They either have no interest in training or no one wants to train with them. Some people pick a partner to train, fall in lust, become sex partners and don’t care about advancing. Then there are others that want to advance and simply not enough people to train. It is highly competitive and you really have to hustle if you want to advance.

I’ve made some enemies. You’re my sixth trainee in a year. No one else has ever done that before.

Another thing is that I’m younger than most of the people here. Some of the older people really resent me. They not only resent me. They resent the newbies I’ve trained because I’ve taught them to be competitive too. Some of these old timers are finding it almost impossible to get anyone to train. They don’t want to camp out at sanctuary for weeks at a time waiting for someone to show up like I did waiting for you. They are getting older and blaming the people I’ve trained for taking all of the newbies.

There are some hard feelings out there and some day something is going to happen. That’s why you have to be careful. Not everyone here is friendly. Some people would like to see you or me disappear or come up with a broken leg or something. Watch you back brother, watch your back.”

Tobal thrilled at being called ‘brother’ but a chill feeling of dread swirled around his tailbone. What had he gotten himself into, he wondered? The events of last night’s party were hazy and he didn’t remember much. He did remember the initiation though and how powerful it had been. He said as much to Rafe.

“You’ll have plenty of opportunities to participate in other initiations and experience them more completely.” “In fact,” he grinned, “you can have an active part in every circle and initiation from now on if you choose. It is an important part of your spiritual training. That’s how we do it out here.”

As they walked toward the center of the camp Tobal was surprised at how big it was and how many permanent log buildings had been built. This was his first real opportunity to see the camp in daylight. There were permanent structures like the sweat lodge nestled near a clear pool of mountain stream water. Others seemed to be just empty sleeping quarters. The larger log building where they were headed was the galley and stood out from the others.

Teepees were being taken down and put away. It seemed some of the empty buildings were used for storage. The teepee seemed to be the favorite for those desiring a little more privacy. They were built with long poles lashed together at the top and spread out in a conical shape at the bottom. They were covered with the gray woolen material that seemed to be used for just about everything out here. Many were insulated with heavy furs fastened over the woolen material and tied into place. Tobal wondered in an amused way how many trips through the sanctuary building had been made to get that many of the gray blankets.

They were not the only ones getting ready to leave. Many others were already leaving or saying their final good-byes. Tobal was trying to remember the names of people he had met and failing miserably. He felt good though and found himself looking forward to next month when he would see them again. In the galley they had a final breakfast of cooked venison, wild onions and sweet potatoes. With bellies stuffed packs and canteens full, they picked up their walking sticks and headed out of the camp.

They didn’t go back up the cliff but went down further through the valley and into the foothills. Rafe explained that nobody stayed near Heliopolis. His camp was about 40 miles away from sanctuary and there were other camps even further out. Most people stayed no further than thirty to sixty miles from the gathering spot though. Everyone was expected to find plenty of food and game in individual areas that were not over hunted and fairly private. It was mainly a nomadic existence, especially during the training phase. So you followed the food.

At various times of the year animals would migrate and move out of one area entirely and into others. Winters were hard and people set up permanent camps with stored food caches to help survive when fresh food was hard to find. This time of year the weather was mild and the days were warm and beautiful. The snow was rapidly thawing and new shoots of green vegetation ensured they wouldn’t have to worry about adequate food in a few more weeks. There were small animals and new plant life everywhere they looked although it was still too early for any insects.

Shortly after leaving the gathering spot Rafe said, “Give me your map.”

Tobal handed Rafe his map and Rafe marked an “X” on it. “This is my main camp,” he said. “We will be heading there first. That’s where I will show you how I make things and what a permanent camp looks like, especially in the winter. We’ll stay there a week or two while I teach you the basics you will need to know. Then for the last two weeks we will go out and find you some new territory to solo in. Ok?”

Tobal fought a knot of icy fear and managed to nod in agreement. He wasn’t quite certain about how easy this was going to be. Two weeks didn’t seem like very much time at all.

“Ok, then,” said Rafe. “You know where my camp is now so you lead the way!”

Tobal was momentarily confused. Then he understood and took his map back. He studied the spot Rafe had marked and compared it to where the mark for the gathering spot was. He knew they were about ½ mile north of the gathering spot and tried to orient himself on the map. The map showed Rafe’s camp lay about 50 miles in a northeast direction. Damn, he thought, Rafe certainly isn’t one that likes living close to the gathering spot. It would take a hard two days getting to his camp, maybe even longer if the terrain was really rough.

He noticed something else. Rafe was making certain his map had sanctuary, the gathering spot and Rafe’s own permanent camp on it. He felt a warmth of gratitude toward Rafe for that. If anything went wrong he would be able to find help if he needed it.

Tobal sat down with the map trying to puzzle out the best way to get to Rafe’s camp. He noticed that it was in some very rough country which meant it would be at least three days and not two.

“I don’t know if we can get to your place by going in a straight line.”

Rafe grinned evilly, “It looks like 50 miles in a straight line but it’s more like 100 the way we’ve got to go. It’s going to take us almost four days to get there.”

Four days! Tobal suddenly felt very vulnerable and unprotected. How in the world was he supposed to survive in this God forsaken place? He fought a rising panic and looked at the map again more carefully. Four days meant they were going to need water. He noticed a small stream 25 miles away and decided to make that their first camp. It was a little out of the way but he felt it was a good idea to stay close to water.

He studied the map some more and decided the second day they could head straight north and set up a dry camp. The third day would be another dry camp and they would reach Rafe’s camp sometime on the fourth day. They would also reach water on the fourth day before reaching the camp. He explained his plan to Rafe and showed him the map. Rafe studied the map thoughtfully.

“Ya, We can try that.” He said. “You did a good job thinking about what you were going to do and made a plan. You also remembered we need water and that’s very important out here. It looks like a good plan and I’m willing to try it with you. Lead the way.” He said.

Tobal pulled out his cord and undid all the knots in it. He aligned the red line on his compass for a northeast heading and surveyed the landscape seeking the best pathway through it. Choosing his route between trees he set out purposefully with Rafe following cheerfully behind him.

It was rough going the next three days. He didn’t need to worry about water because it rained all the way to Rafe’s camp. Tobal was glad for the makeshift woolen poncho that kept him halfway warm even when it was wet. It was miserable travelling.

He made a hat to keep body heat from escaping out the top of his head. It was welcome protection from both the sun and the rain since Tobal had fair skin that burned easily. Rafe had been insistent he had some type of head covering. One of the quickest ways of loosing body heat was not having your head covered. Sun stroke and sun burn could be dangerous killers. In the wilderness these things were not to be taken lightly. Tobal learned to move carefully and deliberately in the rain and slick mud.

Rafe continued his education by pointing out and gathering herbs. The unceasing rain made the snow disappear almost overnight. He explained about tinder and how to find good dry firewood even in the rain. Tobal learned to always have enough dry tinder and kindling to start a fire. He carried it with him in a pouch on his belt. The pouch was created by cutting some of the fabric off the poncho. He used the sewing kit to sew it together. He also used the sewing kit to mend some of his socks.

He made it a habit to gather small pieces of firewood as they went along so he didn’t need to look so hard for it at night. While it was more weight to carry, it was easier than looking in the rain and darkness for dry wood.

Each evening Tobal would select the campsite and start the fire under Rafe’s supervision. Together they would gather the rest of the evening’s wood and take turns preparing the meal. At night they set snares for small animals. In the morning they would check the snares and sometimes they would be lucky. Often they would find only an empty snare.

They couldn’t get warm enough in the constant drizzle but the fire did feel good even if they couldn’t get dry. During the day they also hunted for small game. Rafe and Tobal each cut a long strip of fabric and made a sling out of it. Together they practiced with small stones at various targets. The first day Rafe hit a rabbit and that night they ate rabbit stew. There was always some kind of greens for a salad.

Small animals were not all they would eat. Rafe showed him how to break open rotten logs and find the grubs within them.

“They are better cooked in something.” Rafe grinned as Tobal fought off a wave of nausea. “Still, they are better than not eating at all. The large wood ants have a lemony flavor but you need to make sure you bite them hard before swallowing or they will try to crawl back up.”

By water they set traps overnight for fish and set snares for small animals. If they caught anything it was usually a rabbit or squirrel and went into the stew or was simply roasted. They ate the fish immediately.

At noon every day Tobal triangulated his true position on the map and made small corrections in their course. At times he rethought the best route to Rafe’s camp from their current position. The wilderness often looked much different than it did on the map and the differences took some getting used to. Some areas that looked passable on the map certainly did not look inviting in real life and other times it seemed appropriate to take a short cut that had not been considered.

In all this Tobal was the guide and Rafe simply listened and followed. Once in awhile he would make a comment about some of the changes in the plan that Tobal proposed but he went along with them. At times Tobal realized he had made a mistake and hours were spent retracing the way back to their starting point. Still, with each success and miscalculation he learned more about both reading the map and moving through rough country.

Late afternoon of the fourth day they arrived at Rafe’s base camp. The rain had stopped but they were soaked to the bone. It was a secluded valley and Rafe had to show Tobal the hidden entrance or he would never have found it. The main camp was a large teepee with several small outbuildings made of logs. He had his own sweat lodge built next to a small mountain stream. There was also a rack for smoking meat and making jerky. The first thing they did was get into some warm dry clothes and fix a decent meal.

The rest of the first week passed quickly. They stayed in the area and set traps for fish and snares for smaller animals. Tobal learned the ways of each animal he hunted. Rafe showed him the game trails and what the individual tracks of each animal looked like. They smoked the fish and other meat so it would keep and not spoil.

In the evenings at the campfire Rafe had him work first on a bow and then on some arrows so he could hunt larger game. He learned how to skin and dress the smaller animals like beaver, muskrat and mink. He would carefully stretch and dry the pelts for later use as winter clothing. He learned the basics of tanning leather and made his first leather crafted items. The weather was turning too warm to be wearing furs anymore and the pelts would soon loose their value as the animals shed their heavy winter fur. He could always use some leather though and concentrated mainly on tanning leather.

Each morning they explored the area, checking game trails and sneaking up on animals without trying to kill them. They had plenty to eat and practiced stalking larger game animals like deer and mountain goat. During the following week Tobal learned more about tracking and how fresh an old track might be. He was getting fairly good with the sling and practiced every day with the bow.

Through the Flower

I can’t tell you the flower’s name,
Which is like your soul.
It must burn a deep scarlet,
Such flowers wilt easily.

And when its red charm is gone,
It wants to become young again.
And must deep down in the sand,
Fertilize with its own blood.

The concept of live and let live is a subtle erosion of our personal freedom. It does this through passiveness and through the withdrawal and isolation it encourages. If we make an important discovery, develop an important product or have a talent we wish to share with others we must project ourselves outward into the rest of humanity and let our voice be heard.

This is not live and let live! This is actual impingement into the private lives of others. This is having the effrontery to dare to contribute something of value to the human race. This is caring enough to try making a difference in human affairs. This is the opposite of live and let live and it is vital if humanity is to progress.

Support each other in the fulfillment of our individual needs. Each path is difficult. Finding our true path is often the hardest thing we have to do in life. Often we learn through the process of trial and error and from our failures in life. We need to be allowed the freedom to experience our own failures as well as our victories. We must be allowed to do the wrong things or attempt to do the wrong things and be smashed down in consequence. We must be allowed to smash those who would harm us or our loved ones.

We must be allowed to assert our desires and our beliefs so that others can interact with us in appropriate ways. We must allow others the right to assert their desires and beliefs so we can interact with them in appropriate ways.

Each person must be allowed the freedom to go after what he or she wants in life. We must be allowed to compete against others in open competition. We must each know we have the right to change our world for better or for worse through the choices and actions we choose. We must each know that we will kill if needed to protect those persons, ideals and things we love.

In the open acknowledgment of this we will grant each other respect and tolerance and if the time comes when we must fight we will fight as brothers or sisters. When we die it will be with honor and dignity knowing that our voice has been heard and that we have made a difference. We will know we have given our best and we have died free.

The great enemy of freedom is external authority. Freedom comes from within us. External authority is any person or thing that we surrender our own power to, anything outside ourselves which we submit to.

We each have the sacred right to live according to the voice of our conscious and the Christ Spirit that dwells within each human heart and not according to an external authority.

There is a major force in our lives which always attempts to control our lives and destiny. This is the main external authority in our lives.

This force is our social obligation which we must pay simply by being part of humanity. This force is known as the will of the collective and is an external authority. We must force a compromise with this tyrant that is a win-win situation. This force is not in our best interests. We must never allow ourselves to believe that the collective will of humanity is in our own personal best interest. It’s only purpose is the best interests of humanity as a whole and it will always sacrifice individuals for the greater good of the whole if it is allowed to do so.

In a form of paradox we contribute the most to the advancement of the human race by being individuals to the greatest of our ability. When we follow our inner authority, the master within, or the still small voice of our conscience, humanity can advance. When we demand to be free the human race becomes free as well.

When we demand obedience to the collective everyone is enslaved. We become sacrifices for the good of the people. The collective will of humanity is an enemy to personal freedom and it always will be. It is stronger than the individual and always will be. We can resist the collective will with all our strength and the best we can hope for is a win-win situation.

By resisting the collective we can force a win-win situation and force the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual growth and development of the entire human race. This is the appropriate goal of the master. In this manner the human race evolves into new stages of awareness

It is in the fighting of a battle that we know we can’t win when we truly become masters in life.

We become masters when we make a difference in the world. Our lives and our efforts can count toward the advancement of humanity in the advancement of all life upon earth. It can only do this if we are free!

There are 118 elements found in nature and each one has its own special energy and represents a particular sensory input in the nonphysical world.

The spiritual planes are the innermost electron rings which are formed from the energies of hydrogen and helium. There are two electrons or bits of awareness that complete this inner shell and form this archetypal astral body. This is the level of the holy guardian angel.

The second electron ring with eight elements or energies consists of the abstract mental planes and involves philosophical thought.

The concrete mental planes make up the third electron ring with again eight elements or bits of awareness which complete this series of mental energies.

The fourth electron ring with 18 elements or bits of awareness creates the upper emotional planes with high level emotional energies.

The lower emotional planes are created from the fifth electron ring energies with another 18 elements or bits of awareness which complete this group of lower emotional energies.

The Etheric planes are found within the sixth electron ring and consist of 32 elements or bits of awareness which complete this series of physical sensory energy.

The last and outermost electron ring with 32 elements or energies and bits of awareness completes this series of subconscious sensory energies. This is the level of the Etheric double or shadow.

These seven rings or shells create the seven astral planes or worlds which surround the earth, the seven astral bodies which surround the physical body and represent a total of 118 types of sensory awareness or bits of awareness. These are divided into spiritual, mental, emotional and physical sensations that we can be aware of. Occult literature terms these energies fire for spiritual, air for mental, water for emotional and earth for physical.

The shadow and holy guardian angel both exist as separate intelligences. They are fully activated astral bodies which act on their own accord as independent entities alien to our normal waking awareness. We perceive them not as us but separate from us until we actually integrate them. The process of integrating the holy guardian angel and the shadow is the great work of alchemical literature. They are both actually secondary personalities.

The holy guardian angel and the shadow are separated from us by two great abysses. There is a higher abyss which separates us from our holy guardian angel and a lower abyss which separates us from our shadow. These two intelligences have been stylized in cartoons as an angel that sits on one shoulder and a devil that sits on the other whispering into our ears. Classically each is in a struggle to win our soul or normal awareness.

The holy guardian angel has an astral body created out of only two bits of awareness and is archetypal in nature. There is only a human shaped body created out of light. We can also call this our higher self. This astral body feels very much like a human shaped balloon and does not have physical, emotional, or even mental characteristics. What it does have is a self-evident perception of the entire universe and our place within it. This intelligence knows what is true and what is not true. The integration of our holy guardian angel gives us cosmic consciousness or Christ consciousness. It is associated with the still small voice of our conscience.

The shadow has an astral body created out of 32 bits of sensory awareness and is rich and sensual in nature. It forms both our subconscious awareness and our Etheric double or evil twin. This intelligence keeps our physical body alive anyway it can. It is this astral body which manifests physical results. When we integrate this astral body would gain the magical power to physically manifest things in our lives.

Until we cross the upper or lower abyss we remain ruled by our false ego. Our false ego is our sense of self and life separate from the holy guardian angel and the shadow. The true human ego occurs only with the integration of both the holy guardian angel and the shadow.

The Tantric practice of working with male sexual orgasm energy for the development of the soul and its powers is problematic and that’s why I have kept it for last. As before the stated goal is to generate sexual orgasm energy twice a day over long periods of time.

The problem is that this can’t be done without the Tantric practice of sperm retention! Each sperm is a battery full of life force energy and the idea is to discharge the battery while leaving the sperm in place. These sperm are recharged overnight and able to be used the next day and the day after that. Sperm loss requires the body to generate more sperm which is lost more quickly than it can be generated.

I realize that contentious know it all’s will violently argue this point. I’m not interested in arguing. I have personally generated sexual orgasm energy twice a day continuously for seven years! I know that it can be done. I also know that I couldn’t have done it without the Tantric practice of sperm retention. It is very difficult to do as it is. What’s more, I know that this is purely a mechanical process because I didn’t follow any other path, ritual or practice. It was the generation of this energy alone that drove my spiritual development and still drives my spiritual development. Generating sexual orgasm energy twice a day will fill the body and that energy will be discharged into the astral during the night as explosive dreams. This dream activity is of an empowering nature although it may at times be violent.

The process itself is simple but difficult. Try to bring yourself to the peak of orgasm and hold it there without ejaculation. Squeezing the pelvic and uric diaphragms tightly shut are the traditional ways of controlling this. Think of the male that has gotten a vasectomy and how orgasm would work for him. It is essentially the same thing.

Holding oneself at the edge of orgasm and letting the pressure slowly fade away will gradually open astral channels which will allow the sexual orgasm energy to bleed off into the astral without ejaculation. As one becomes more skilled they can send the energy up the spine and to all of the energy centers or out the crown chakra into the universe or into one’s physical or astral sexual partner. This is something that takes practice, practice, practice! The loss of sperm isn’t the end of the world either. But a very real truth is that learning the skill of prolonging orgasm and channeling the energy is very useful for a pleasurable sex life! With practice orgasm can be prolonged for over an hour and one can experience multiple orgasms! In essence the male is learning to have a female type of orgasm which energizes instead of resulting in energy loss. This skill makes one a better lover! Think about it!

Male sexual energy is buoyant and will rise up through the body whether one circulates it consciously or not! Meditation and consciously moving it is not necessary like it is for the female. It will find its own path through the body, hitting repressed packets of negative emotional energy and cause them to flare up and discharge. In other words it will work to unblock the body’s energy channels in a natural and automatic way. The activation of these trapped energies will act to free the repressed energy and bring it into conscious awareness or cause it to be acted out in psychotic behaviors. This is the traditional danger of this path. But Gaia’s current entry into the new eon has caused much of this activation to already be released. The entire population is going crazy because of the release of repressed and toxic energies. Going crazy is not the danger that it once was.

This rising of male energy is why so many males are head trippers and also prone to mystical thoughts as in the patriarchal religions. This spirituality or head tripping is natural to the male but not natural for the female who is much more grounded. Consider that the prisons have mostly male populations and I have made my point. In general females are much healthier mentally and emotionally than males.

The process is as follows: the generation of sexual orgasm energy twice a day causes astral energy to be stored within the physical body during the day and released into the astral at night as explosive dreams which are healing and empowering in the long run, but a bit disconcerting in the beginning.

Another interesting thing about male sexual orgasm energy is that root chakra energy is not really sperm energy but prostate gland energy. Tapping the actual sperm energy only comes after years of working with root chakra energy. When this happens the electric tingle of energy will come from the testes themselves and not from the root chakra. This has been a major deception about working with male orgasm energy and Tantric practice in general.

Most Tantric practices involving the root chakra are tapping prostate gland energy and not sperm energy at all! When sperm energy is activated there will be a feeling like electricity flowing through the testes and often a drain upon them as this powerful chakra actually opens up and allows its energy to pour forth. I worked with sexual orgasm energy for over 20 years before tapping into the true sperm energy.

The male orgasm works with both the root chakra and the energy center of the testes themselves although that final energy seems to be channeled directly from a energetic sun or energetic Gestalt spherical in nature which is within the nonphysical planes. In other words the testes tap into an even deeper source of energy than the root chakra.

Chapter 7

Later, the High Priestess helped him to his feet and showed him a small bowl of oil and clay goblet of wine sitting on the altar. Moistening a finger in the oil she traced a symbol in the middle of his forehead where his third eye was located.

“I mark you with the triple sign.”

“I consecrate you with oil.”

Dipping her finger in the wine, she again drew a symbol on his forehead.

“I consecrate you with wine.”

“I consecrate you with my lips,” she said lastly and softly kissed him on the lips.

Then she handed Tobal a piece of paper. He recognized the Oath of the Apprentice written upon it.

“Now you must sign the oath you have just taken.”

Tobal signed the paper as everyone cheered and applause erupted all around the circle. Looking around the circle for the first time, Tobal saw fifty or sixty people cheering and waving cups at him in celebration and congratulation. After the applause died down the High Priestess handed him a pair of gray woolen trousers.

“The color gray symbolizes the imperfections that are within each of us. As we strive toward the spiritual life these imperfections become harmless and as we accept them they in turn nourish our souls like the seed is nourished by the dark rich soil of the earth. Our imperfections help us to grow stronger if we use them wisely and learn from our mistakes.”

She handed a sheathed knife and belt to him. “This is your true weapon. It symbolizes the mastery of thought and intent over the material world. As you learn the art of survival in the wilderness you will come to appreciate how important this simple tool can be. It will one day save your life. You will also use this tool in your dreams as your spirit grows stronger and is tested by your personal fears and demons.”

As he buckled the belt and knife around his waist the High Priestess gave him a decorated wine skin filled with mead.

“This is the vessel of the Lady, the Holy Grail of immortality. From this we drink in friendship and in honor of them both. It is the emotional joys and pleasures of human companionship that make life deep and rewarding. It is in sharing our lives with others we find purpose and reward. Life is an eternal celebration and it must be celebrated with others lest we find ourselves alone and unloved.”

“These are the tools of the Apprentice. In the second degree you will learn other mysteries.”

Then taking her own knife in hand she said, “Brother Oak, to learn you must suffer and be purified. Are you willing to suffer in order to learn?”

“Yes,” Tobal answered.
Gripping his right thumb the High Priestess expertly made a small cut. “You signed the oath with a pencil but your Higher Self signs with the blood of your life.”

She took his bleeding thumb and placed it on top of his signature. Then both she and the High Priest placed a drop of their own blood over his saying, “I know you as a beloved brother. Our blood is forever mingled. I will defend and help you according to my Higher conscience and Higher Self to the best of my ability.”

She gazed intently into his eyes, “Look at this oath that you have signed, witnessed by your Higher Self.”

Turning she stepped and threw it into the bonfire. He started as the paper burst furiously into flames. She continued, “As a symbolic act this paper is consumed and purified by the flame of the bonfire until nothing is left but your pure intent. So also in reality may all levels of your being find their true place in the transforming fire of the Lord and Lady that are both found within your own heart. Your commitment and oath is between you and the Lord and Lady. It is not a matter for us. This simple act is a token and symbol of your desire to live in the spiritual light and to be purified in mind, body and spirit.”

“Yet, this is not enough,” she continued.

She took his wine skin and drank from it before offering it to him. “Truly the powers of your higher self flow ever into your being and if you are open to the process your life will be changed forever. Let the chalice of your soul freely receive the wine of your spirit and experience divine intoxication thereby.”

At her gesture Tobal lifted the wine skin and drank the mead. It seemed to glow in the fire light as if it were full of some vital energy that had a life of it’s own. He felt the warmth and energy spread through him warmly bursting with energy and love. As the golden fluid poured down his throat into his stomach he could feel the warmth grow until he was standing in a large ball of energy and spiritual light.

Then the High Priest and High Priestess both placed their hands on his head invoking the highest power of the Lord and Lady. The energy poured into him sealing his initiation forever.

The High Priestess said, “I now salute you in the name of the Lord and Lady.” Turning, she led him to each of the four smaller fires at each quarter of the circle and proclaimed loudly at each station.

“Brother Oak has been consecrated Apprentice of our ancient craft and is become a Child of the Lord and Lady.”

As she finished the entire circle came forward in a wild celebration and swept over Tobal. The party had begun.

“Hey, get up! Get up!”

Someone was pushing and shaking Tobal. Groggily he raised his head. It was Rafe shaking him and grinning mischievously. “Hey, c’mon. We’ve got a lot to do today. You going to sleep all morning?”

Tobal groaned and put his hands to his head. He had a splitting headache and a nasty hangover feeling in his gut. Must have had too much of the mead and home brewed beer last night he thought morosely. He rolled over and tried going back to sleep but Rafe was shaking him again cheerfully.

“C’mon, I’m not kidding. It’s a busy day. Let’s go get some breakfast.”

Tobal sat up and looked around realizing he had been sleeping in one of the teepees he had seen yesterday. He didn’t have any idea how he had gotten there. There were empty blankets where other people must have slept but they were all gone. He was the only one left.Sitting up he looked bleary eyed at Rafe.

“What are we doing today?” He tried valiantly to ignore the throbbing in his head and the churning in his gut.

Rafe gave him another light hearted, good natured poke with an elbow. “How does it feel to be a witch?” He asked cheerfully. “Perhaps I should say an Apprentice witch.” He chuckled.

An Apprentice witch?” Tobal mumbled. “I didn’t know I was going to become an apprentice witch! What the hell are you talking about anyway?”

Rafe hunkered down on his haunches, “I keep forgetting your parents are dead,” he said. “I can’t believe all of this is completely new to you. Most of us have grown up within the system and understand it.”

“Well I don’t,” grumped Tobal. “Maybe you can fill me in on what I’m getting myself into here.”

“There are three separate degrees in our system,” Rafe told him. “These three degrees correspond to the three degrees of the ancient mystery schools, the three degrees of ancient Freemasonry and the three degrees of witchcraft. We simply call it the three degrees of the Craft.”

“The first degree of Apprentice is concerned with learning the basic survival skills that will keep you alive in the woods during all seasons of the year. We are given gray tunics and trousers…by the way.” He grinned. “How do you like your new trousers?”

Tobal flushed and grinned back, “They are pretty nice actually. It was getting kind of drafty after they shortened my robe.”

Rafe snickered, “Well anyway, the color gray symbolizes the degree we are in. The second degree is black. You probably noticed your guards last night were wearing black?”

Tobal grinned. He was starting to feel much better. “They were pretty rough too, but my guide was nice looking, that dark haired girl?”

Rafe ignored him, “That’s part of the Journeyman degree. The Journeyman degree is where you learn self-defense among other things. “ Rafe looked at him quizzically, “Do you remember how you have to train six other people to solo before you can enter the Journeyman degree?”

“Yeah.”

“Well, to complete the Journeyman degree you need to beat six other people in hand to hand combat. That doesn’t mean how many times you get beat yourself,” he grinned ruefully.

He looked a little worried and Tobal couldn’t help but think Rafe was a bit anxious about becoming a Journeyman. That was probably due to his small size. It was hard to think Rafe could beat anyone in a fair fight.

“What about the third degree then? What’s that degree about?” he asked curiously. “Are they the ones dressed in red tunics and robes?”

“Yes, they are dressed in red.” They are titled Master of the circle and accorded the highest respect. You never know when your life is going to be in their hands. Their obligation is to serve as emergency medics and to officiate during circle and initiations. They monitor the health and well being of everyone. You will see them riding around on their air sleds. They monitor our med-alert bracelets and are instantly alerted if our vital signs change through injury.”

He held up his silver bracelet to show Tobal. “If something ever goes wrong and we are badly hurt our wrist alarms go off and it is the third degree Masters that give us the medical attention we need. Sometimes they are too late or nothing can be done. Other times they will take us to sanctuary or the hospital for serious injury or illness. Basically they keep tabs on everyone and make sure we are healthy and doing all right. They serve as medics for three years. After three years of medical service they are accepted as citizens into Heliopolis.”

“Three years!” Tobal blurted. “It will take forever to become a citizen!”

Rafe shook him hard and looked seriously into his eyes. “Don’t even think about becoming a citizen,” he warned. “Focus on learning and living right now in the present moment. Get this right or you will not live to become a citizen.”

Tobal found his pack and carried it silently thinking about what Rafe had just told him as they went off to find some breakfast.

The second day of circle was pleasant. Rafe introduced him to many friendly people he instinctively felt comfortable with. Tobal wondered how many of these new friends Rafe had personally trained and helped solo. He noticed Rafe was well liked by many circle members. Even more interesting was a certain section of the circle that seemed to really dislike Rafe. Tobal wondered why.

This small group went out of their way to be disagreeable to Rafe and to him. After one roughly pushed past him Tobal asked Rafe about it.

“What’s with those jerks anyway?” He asked.

May Morning

The May morning shimmered,
She sat silent and pale,
Her sweet eyes glimmered,
And slowly became moist.

Shadows of pain darkened
Her white features,
And large tears glittered
Like dew in the sunlight.

A butterfly gawked
At the sad, silent couple,
And fluttered
In her blonde hair.

His look; gloomy thoughts,
Sucked away her charm.
The hour, that trickled away,
Gave them pain, after pain.

They remained silent; each suffering,
In equally bitter torment.
So the two sat separately,
United for one last time.

Freedom is a powerful word and it evokes powerful images within each of us. To each of us freedom may be something different. Freedom is a need and it may express itself in many ways to many forms of life, not only human life. Freedom may be expressed as:

The need to be free as a falcon. The need for family. The need to hunt. The need to kill or be killed. The need to fly and soar. The need to find our own true will. The need to live and die with honor. The need to be true to ourselves at all costs. The need to live according to our conscience. The need to find the master within.

When we grant others personal freedom and respect we have the right to demand the same freedom and respect be granted to us. There is a great difference between the concept of live and let live and this concept. In the freedom concept we acknowledge that others have a need to act in the manner they choose. We also acknowledge that we have a need to act in the manner of our choosing.

Most importantly we acknowledge the dynamic necessity of each of us living in the same world. The concept of live and let live is passive and carefully avoids the placing of value or morality on any type of life. It denies the need for any conflict in life. In the use of this live and let live concept we avoid the need for giving our support to others. This concept is one of withdrawal and isolation. Live and let live does not work.

Each one of us is a unique individual. We each have personally experience things others have not experienced. We know some things from first-hand experience that others only speculate about. The people and environment in my life are different from those in anyone else’s life. The differences exist even to those closest to me because my world is seen through my eyes and their world is seen through their eyes.

Everyone must walk a unique and individual path in life. One person’s weakness may be another person’s strength. There is no way to say that anyone’s path is better than any other path.

Nature has ordained that all paths must be walked so that we may discover which paths are the best. We must be able to be supportive of those that walk a path different from ours. This is especially true when someone’s path is in conflict with our own. The concept of live and let live does not allow or encourage the support of others. The concept of allowing each to have personal freedom does allow this.

There is a need to acknowledge the rightness of competition. There is a need to be able to say may the best man, woman or team win. There is a need to acknowledge the dynamic vitality of life. There is a need to be united in the mutual need for freedom as opposed to just passively letting everyone do their own thing. There is a need to become involved in the lives of others and in community. There is a need to create an environment for others so they can flourish in a supportive atmosphere.

There is also at times a need to tell others to back off and alter certain behaviors that are disruptive or harmful. At times there is a need to confront others. At times there is a need to fight for what we believe in.
