The Higher Self and Shadow Self are secondary personalities that need to be integrated into the healthy human ego. Both are distortions of reality and only by integrating these distortions can we achieve true spiritual, mental, emotional and all around well being.

Born Again

Some people believe in the physical world and don’t believe in an after life. Other’s believe that the spiritual world and the soul are much more important than physical life and these two groups are often in conflict with each other. Instead of using “trigger” words to describe these groups, I call them rational atheists and social enforcers. There is also a third group that is able to integrate both veiwpoints which I call Organic Gnostics. Organic  Gnostics believe in the wisdom of the life force that is contained within the human body and evolved with it for millions of years.
