Take a good look at where you are right now, the people in your life and the things that you have surrounded yourself with. Then take a look at your health and your age. Are you satisfied and content? Is life expanding outward in an adventure or are life’s restrictions crowding you into a corner from which there is no escape?

There is an adventure awaiting us if we can find the path that leads to it. We exist within a puzzle that awaits the solution which will lead us to where our heart desires. Where are the missing keys? How do we find them?

I’ve spent my entire life on a spiritual quest or journey and now at the age of 63 and retired I look around and ask myself the same things. Am I at the end of my life or the beginning of my life? With Gaia’s full spectrum ascension we have moved into totally uncharted territory and we are creating our reality as we go. Is it possible that this could truly be the beginning of my life? How could that even be possible?

There are seven possible energy bodies or vehicles for our soul and the physical body is only one of them. The others act like overlays on top of and beneath our physical body. If any of these bodies become too unbalanced we suffer. The pinch point or critical point seems to be our physical bodies and how we navigate our physical lives. But that physical body is simply one of many and it can be as fluid and elastic as the others if we discover the keys of how to manipulate it.

The portal meditations which I have offered show us ways to develop these non-physical bodies and strengthen them. Not only that but the meditations automatically increase the communication channels between them. As I was recently doing a portal meditation and lifting the energy up to Source to release toxins and negative energies I realized that I was effortlessly extruding energy from my heart chakra and projecting it up through all those levels to Source! I’ve read all sorts of books on astral projection which talk about activating a chakra and projecting energy out of it to form an astral body with which to project. Then you simply switch awareness to that projected double… Not only was I capable of extruding energy from my heart chakra but literally from all of them! And through the portal meditation all of them at the same time!

I’m at the perfect age to put this all to a test. My situation is modest with some age related health issues. I am recently widowed and have no close support or friends with which to share. In other words, I may have ascended but my physical body certainly took a beating in the process! Will I see the results of my ascension while in this physical body or like most others that have ascended, will I have to wait until I drop this physical body? Is it possible for this physical body to regenerate so that it continues to live another hundred or two hundred years? Is it possible to find my winding way out of the maze of restrictions that surround my physical life?

All of my non-physical bodies are permanently activated. I have full spectrum access to the non-physical planes. I have conscious and permanent awareness of the other levels at all times. This has become so common that I don’t even think about it any more.

But can it alter the physical? All the traditions and mystery school teachings say “yes, it can!” I am in the process of finding out! Remember any change in our physical lives must always begin in the present moment because the present moment is eternal!

My last post shared a meditation which I call the “Ultimate Meditation”. I plan to use this meditation or one like it daily to loosen these physical bonds and see what finally “gives way”! It will be my pleasure to share the results of my journey with you as I experience it. This is how I believe we will have the ability to create new realities for ourselves. We need the walk the talk, and I believe this is a powerful tool that will do exactly that!
