Today is the first of June and just a few days before the full moon that everyone is waiting for. I would like to share an update of things as I sense them at this time.

Things have changed and for the first time Gaia/mother earth has the bit in her teeth and is propelling us forward, not us propelling her forward! Lightworkers have been trying to raise her vibrations and now the situation is reversed and she is raising our vibrations. She is drinking in these new energies as quickly and as thirstily as she can. This is also protecting us since we are way out of our league with the energies that are now coming in.

The energies of the new 4th density earth have anchored and are in the process of stabilizing. This will happen by the next full moon. 3rd density still goes on oblivious to everything but the stress is building. Many of us are indeed living in two separate worlds.

Eating my own words, I do sense the energy of Jupiter radiating and flooding earth with a companion light energy. Jupiter was once thought of as a God, as the highest God. I still don’t think of it as a sun, but that is semantics over function I guess.

I still sense no great earth changes, in fact just the opposite. I sense that the magnetic grid of 4th density is snapping together and ripping apart the old 3d energies but the new energies are benevolent. Gaia is mostly aligned and has no further need of massive corrections. Only human society has the need for massive corrections.

In the next two or three days expect to sense the completion plans of 4th density in the ascension process. This includes individuals as well. We are all still attached to the old 3rd density as well, but continue anchoring in the new energies and these events will complete by the fall equinox.

Remember that earth’s manifestation process is established in a “printing que” one year ahead of time and that as of last year only 3d and lower remained to be placed in the “printing que”. That happened in November and December of last year. We will see the 3d ascension this fall after the fall equinox.

I focused in on Nibiru in a skeptical way and was surprised to see confirmation of CA’s message. The passing of Nibiru in late September seems to carry the final closing energies that seal off the old eon from the new one.

I still sense that we are being asked to remain in physical until the natural death of our physical bodies to make this transition complete. This does include having the abilities to use our higher dimensional powers while we remain as teachers, helpers and healer. For some that means the ascension process may extend for many years after earth’s ascension and not be realized in its entirety until that time.

In the meantime the Unity Grid is expelling everything that is not compatible with it. We can expect stress levels rise among the population, especially those that have never considered or heard of ascension. Many people are going to need some help in dealing with these changes.

Don’t expect public disclosure of anything, UFO’s, financial fraud, or things about TPTB. These things are being taken care of outside of the public eye. Those of us that know will find more evidence, but the general population is too stupid to deal with it and they won’t. It is not the case that humanity will be astounded at how we have been fooled but we will be astounded at how stupid we really are!

Still, there are enough that have awakened and most of all Gaia, our mother, is being empowered to protect us.

New Moon May 20, 2012

As normal the energies seem to hit me a day or so before they hit most other people. This is the 19^th and the waves hit last night/this morning. There were somewhere between 12 and 15 waves that hit in succession. They were very powerful and most of them seemed to be activating astral/density bodies that I had already activated earlier. It seemed like a second activation of those astral bodies and hit all levels/all densities from the highest to the lowest. All levels were being activated. There were also three or four other waves that were not familiar to me. I was experiencing them for the first time.

This was a very powerful experience and the sense that I have of it is that the Unity Grid encountered the photon belt. It was like using a laptop computer with the batteries and then plugging it into the wall charger and using it. None of the programming changed at all, but the display was brighter and it operated a bit more quickly. It was simply as if the new energy waves enhanced what the Unity Grid was trying to do with just a few minor additions.

I am struck by the thought that while we are all individually trying to ascend, Gaia is ascending at the same time. So relatively speaking there seems to be no apparent outward change in respect with us to our environment. This is especially of interest since these waves seem to be activating ALL LEVELS and DENSITIES. Our environment is being locked in place around us as each of our astral bodies are activated. I sense this as a crystallization of the status quo rather than major earth changes. So as Lauren Gorgo puts it, how do 5^th density beings live in a 3^rd dimensional world? How do we continue to pay the bills while the Unity Grid purges the incompatible elements from it?

In summary this new moon seems to activate all possible astral bodies while activating all possible earth environments around us as well giving an empowered feeling but leaving us in the same environment. The real change is that from this moment on things will never be the same as we create the world that we desire to live in. The catch is that we create it from our current physical circumstances.

Beltane 2012 The New Birth

May 2, 2012. First I would like to say that I get my information through visions and then need to interpret those visions. Please use discernment when reading this message. I almost didn’t post this message and am still stunned by what has occurred.

Last evening I decided to tap into Gaia and see how she was doing. I was dismayed and alarmed to find her in intense distress. There was also the feeling that she was heavy into labor. In my vision I held out my hand to her and she grasped it strongly, grateful that I was there. Then I sent lots of love and healing energy and could sense when she was more restful.

Sometime early on the morning of the 2^nd I woke up and decided tapping into her once more and see how she was doing. Again she was in the labor room yet this time she was calm and not in distress. Once more I held out my hand and she took it. Then I saw it, the baby earth floating at the foot of the bed. It was small and its surface was teeming with all kinds of energies. Then the view shifted and I was standing alongside Gaia as we both watched the new baby earth with joy and happiness. Then the scene shifted to some people that were studying what appeared to be a computer display of the new earth’s ley lines or energy grid, checking to see if everything was ok.

So that’s the vision, now for the interpretation! I did have visions this past year as the new earth manifested into 5^th, 4^th and crystalline 3^rd density. But what made this vision different was that I was able to view Gaia, the mother as separate from the new baby earth! There were two separate scene changes where I was able to view both as separate from each other. When I check in now this remains the case. The new crystalline 3d earth baby has been born and separated from her mother, Gaia! The ascension is complete!

In retrospect this is not that surprising given the amounts of light energy that have been pouring into our planet. Samhain and Beltane are the two times of the year when the veils are the thinnest. Samhain is when the outer physical world tries to get into the spirit realms and Beltane is when the Spirit Realms are bursting into physicality. What an auspicious time to be born! The full moon of Beltane is not until this Saturday but the timing is certainly influenced by this full moon.

It is just that we have been lulled into complacency with our expectations of this not happening until December of this year. We have expected much more physical turmoil and global upheaval. It has not happened and now we can each choose whether it will happen to us or not.

So what does all this mean? We first need to clarify a few things about timelines. The buzz word and catch phrase has been each person has their own timeline for ascension. The reality is that this is both true and not true. At the time when the new earth is born there can be only one timeline. The beginning and the end of each great cycle are true closures and beginnings. They are narrow gateways or portals and movement between one great cycle and another is severely limited. Only one timeline is allowed through and all karma must be completed at that time.

So there has been a multi-dimensional battle going on to determine just what timeline was going to be the one that passed through into the new age or new cycle. This battle has been multi-dimensional with changes taking place in the past and in the future as well as in our present world experience. Everything hinged upon the physical reality at the moment of birth because that was the reality that would continue and only that reality. Once through that portal infinite timelines are created from that one time line. If a polar shift happened before the new earth was born all future timelines would use that polar shift as a starting point. If world war III had happened before the birth all future timelines would begin with the carnage of WWIII. If a global financial collapse had happened before the birth all future timelines would have begun with that starting point. If a mass landing of UFO’s occurred before the birth all future timelines would begin from that point as well.

Fortunately none of those things happened. The best possible thing happened in that earth was normal as possible when the birth occurred. This gives almost unlimited freedom for unlimited future timelines! If one wants to experience a polar shift they can create a timeline for that experience. The same goes for WWIII or global financial collapse. These can all be chosen, but more importantly other individual timelines can be chosen that do not have these experiences! All future timelines will grow out of today’s fairly normal reality, and of course all future timelines will operate under new rules for physical manifestation! This is the maximum best possible scenario that gives the most freedom to all life on earth except to those that wish to harm and destroy others.

We have gone through the eye of the needle, have found that one collective timeline, and what now lies before us is expansion and creation! The upcoming energy surges that were believed to be used to propel Gaia through the birth experience will now instead be used to give growth spurts to the newly born baby Gaia and to newly created future timelines! All the incoming energy for the rest of the year are going into creating our futures and not into Gaia’s ascension! This means that each of us will be able to continue to ascend even farther than before. We can use these energies for our own ascension as a free gift of grace from God and the Cosmic. We have ascended into crystalline 3d and can now continue to use these incoming energies to ascend as high as we desire!

Strictly speaking, the new baby is not a physical planet but a miniature universe of infinite timelines, dimensions and possibilities that appears as crystalline 3d to those that live in it. It exists in the ethereal space between old 1^st and 2^nd dimensional Gaia and her moon. All three of these things now exist as a unified continuum that extends from 1^st density to 10^th density. Everyone can find something of interest within those parameters! Those that ascend to higher levels will have the abilities to use these new multi-dimensional features to create the experience they desire. The new baby earth is a “continuum” in and of itself. It is capable of infinite expansion and nothing like this has ever happened in the universe before!

So what can we expect in our normal daily lives? For those that have prepared, we can expect to become bored with the ascension theme and feel the urge to get moving onto something that our hearts are calling us to do. For me personally, I have been feeling an increasing desire to get back to my translation work. I am having a growing sense that this ascension thing is all done for me at least. Now it is time to move on. So, there will be a growing need to “move on” because all future timelines extend from this moment. There is no longer a “waiting” for something to happen because it never will if we don’t do it ourselves.

Other than that what we experience will be determined by the future timelines that we choose. I suggest joining in groups with like minded people or soul groups for personal encouragement and support.

April New Moon and the Twin Pillars

I haven’t given any update on earth’s ascension because I haven’t sensed any major news to report until recently, this past New Moon. I receive information in visions and then must try to interpret these visions so please use discernment.

The past month leading up to the new moon has been stressful, but that has become the norm for many of us. It was only a few days before the new moon that I sensed a shift happening. Understanding this shift helped me to understand what has been going on these past months.

Light workers around the world have been absorbing as much of the incoming energies as possible and acting as “shock absorbers” for the earth’s ascension process. The more that light workers could absorb, the more gentle was earth’s ascension process. Just a few days before the new moon this all changed. It seemed as if for the first time these incoming energies were boring into the solid bedrock of human civilization and society. For the first time they were in solid and direct contact with all of humanity 3d and it was as if an irresistible force were meeting an unmovable object. The sensation was quite unpleasant. The pressure kept increasing and something had to give.

On Saturday afternoon it did give. Large portions of the 3d astral worlds broke out of gridlock and entered into the new crystalline 3d universe. It felt as if the astral floor was buckling and then crumpling up and moving upward into the future as a large crystal.

I’ll try saying this another way,  large portions of grid locked astral reality broke free and assumed their rightful places in the newly created multi-dimensional earth. This is still not coming out right so I will try it again…

Light workers have been told that they will be safe through the coming changes, that their souls will create a safe pathway for them through the future chaos. It is these energies that finally broke loose and created new futures for these individuals. Previously everything was in grid lock and no futures were able to be created except on a day to day basis. For the first time these creations have broken free into the future as light workers manipulate and create those events that will guide earth and humanity through the final phases of the ascension process. These created events are the “core” events that all others will form themselves around. They represent the collective creations of all light workers.

The dark forces crumbled into dust as these elements freed themselves and moved forward. This dust coalesced into a “collective darkness” that sought to save itself by moving upward through the astral planes to find some path that existed for it. The pressure of these collective dark forces resulted in several “attacks” by the dark upon the various bastions of Light. It was a critical moment and many might have sensed or felt or had to deal with some form of psychic “attack”. The short version is that there is now a lot less darkness in our world than there was two days ago! This collective gestalt of dark force energy was forced higher and higher into the astral planes until it was expelled and flushed out of the Unity Grid. It is not here anymore.

Those with higher dimensional capabilities will be more able to access those abilities from this time forward. This is significant progress and a great shift of power. While the full moon of Beltane will be very powerful as well, I still sense that major physical manifestations will not happen until after the following full moon of June 4. That is when nature’s cycle most fully supports the manifestation of astral forms into physical manifestation, the flowering cycle of nature. Up until then the leafing cycle will continue.

When things begin to physically manifest it will happen most rapidly because it has been held back too long, the force that is unleashed will create massive shifts in our collective realities. I sense no great natural disasters, only the awakening of the masses to how they have been deceived and controlled. This will have to do with the financial systems, the mass arrests, and the exposure of Those Powers That Be. These events will follow and form around the core events of those light workers that was talked about at the beginning of this post. Everything will unfold in an orderly manner for those that have had prior awareness of it. Those caught by surprise will struggle to comprehend what is going on. Remain in your hearts.

On a side note I recently made the connection between the “twin pillars” that has been talked about on some of these forums and why it seems that they have not appeared as promised.

They did appear many years ago and I have seen them in my mind’s eye, I have traveled through them. The egregore of the OTO and A:.A:. is a twin pillar of light and dark energies. Aleister Crowley brought these pillars to the earth and anchored them through his work, but no one has noticed. No one has the eyes to see this. I do not expect this to be accepted but it is offered to those with eyes to see and ears to hear.

Disclosure-System Failure

This is not the disclosure that many are looking forward to but it is perhaps even more important. This is disclosure about the collapse of earth’s old operating system and what it means. I receive information through visions and need to interpret these visions the best I can. Please use discernment.

But first a few words are needed about the new unity grid which is new earth’s fully functioning operating system. The new system is an alternating current system that has no positive or negative current flow. It has an alternating current flow.

There is no “top down hierarchal structure in the new operating system and all living things are on a level playing field. The new system deals only with individual energy generated through intense personal effort. It does not deal with the manipulation of mass consciousness. Those that put out effort will gain and those that do not put out effort will not gain.

As this year’s energies pour into the new operating system those still plugged into the old system will experience dramatic system failure as their world no longer operates the same way. This will continue until the earth’s ascension process is complete. The harder they try to do the old things, the more urgent and desperate they will become. It is the sheer number of people affected that needs to be brought into the open. If possible these people need to be helped into their heart centers where they can find some stability.

Earth’s old operating system is the holy kabbalah.It started out as a structure that allowed spiritual light from source to pour down through ten stations or sephiroth until the energy manifested as physical events. The basic idea was the formation of a spiritual hierarchy and each hierarchy transmuted the energy down into a lower energy where is could be of use by living physical things. Light from source was too pure to be of use to ordinary mortals.

This light descended through ranks of beings like archangels, angels, dominions, cherubim and so forth before reaching humans. This system was a top down/trickle down system and it was male/patriarchal meaning that it was only one way. Light flowed from the top down and that was it. It was direct current with spirit as positive and earth as negative. The way back to source was long, arduous and difficult. It was called the path of the serpent.

This operating system was created for good intent but it was hacked like modern computers are hacked. Beings of evil intent used this same system in reverse. Instead of light they used the lowest common denominator energy of the human collective and moved it “upward” to single individuals for self-empowerment. They found a way to run this system in reverse and learned how to use it to control and manipulate humanity. That which began as good turned into evil.

One must realize that this is normal. In every age anew operating system is established and it works well for a while and then is compromised and turned to evil purposes by the end of an age. That is why each age requires a new operating system to return balance and justice to the world.

Those highly spiritual beings tried to fight the evil ones by pouring more spiritual energy through the operating system but that only increased the flow of evil energy as well since the evil energy was “locked”in place with the good energy. The operating system was created to keep these energies balanced. This is how the struggle of good against evil stands today with no side having the ability to win. They are locked in a stalemate.

That is until now. Now the new unity grid has broken the old system and it has completely collapsed. It is a dead system and no longer carries energy, no longer manifests things.

The entire Western world has been influenced by the Holy Kabbalah and its collapse will affect them all. The Jewish religion, the Islam religion and Christianity along with most of the western mystery traditions such as Free Masonry will be severely affected. Spiritual and well-intended believers will be affected as well as those evil doers intent on enslaving the entire world. The system has become obsolete.

Those that follow the teachings or any of these religions will find that the teachings no longer have the power to bring change that they once did. The universe no longer supports those doctrines and beliefs.

In particular, the Holy Kabbalah was a top down system meaning that those at the top, those with the highest mental and spiritual capacities would be given power over those that were not as smart. The energy came down from the higher energy centers and the power lay in those higher centers.

This is no longer the case. The power now lies in the earth itself. It streams out of the ground into our feet and upwards through our crown chakra back to the light as an alternating current. The point of power is in the moment, in the present, in acting at the physical level. Those that put forth effort are now empowered.

The point of awareness and peace is at the heart level and life is much more emotional. No salvation can come through logic and reasoning. Those higher centers must now serve the heart and not the heart serving the higher centers. IN fact the higher centers now have no power at all unless they are integrated into the physical reality.

Religious fanaticism or religious head tripping has now become a very dangerous thing to do and will not lead to success. It is not supported by the new operating system. Only by going through the heart will these things be successful. The danger is the rise in religious fanaticism by those increasingly desperate to manifest things in their lives.

The solution is simple but extremely difficult.Reach out to embrace each other in love, heart love, and keep one’s mouth shut!Talking of religion will only make things worse. IT is an intellectual exercise.

Please realize that many good and innocent believers will be affected but will also be able to find the solution to their distress by turning to their own heart centers. If possible we can reach out to them in love and show them how it is done.

Spring Equinox Message 2012- Crossing The Rainbow Bridge and Cutting The Umbilical Cord.

So much is happening and there is so much love and joy and light in our world today! It has taken me awhile to wrap my own mind around some of these things as they are so all encompassing. I receive information in visions so I need to interpret those visions. This is much more different than channeling words from some entity. Yet, this is my way and this is my message for humanity spring 2012.

2011 was a great year and saw the final activation of the new Unity Grid section by section beginning a year ago last spring and starting from 8^th density working its way downward. 4^th Density earth ascended in August of last year and earth ascended as a 3D crystalline light powered new earth at Thanksgiving followed quickly by the ascension of 2^nd and 1^st density in December. This completed the actual “birth” of the “new” multi-dimensional earth and astounded all life in the universe! 1^st and 2^nd density remain attached to the “New Earth” as the placenta or after birth that still nourishes the new fetus until it can exist directly on the nourishment of light itself. At that point in December of this year the umbilical cord will finally be cut and the birth process complete.

This was the birth of the first ever multi-dimensional living and organic planet that extended from 1^st density through 8^th density. Earth and its organic life forms existed as complete and self-sustaining through the energy dynamics of the new Unity Grid. Not only did organic life exist as 3d crystalline light powered but also throughout time as 4d, in multiple timelines as 5d, as different dimensional realities as 6d, and as its own miniature universe as 7d. This new “Earth” was all created at 8d through the Unity Grid using neighboring universes as power sources.

Imagine the shock and surprise! An entire miniature universe of organic life! Not endless reaches of space filled with empty stars and lifeless space, but an entire universe of organic life! Infinite explorations of infinite complexity. This “New Earth” was the “New Game” and set the standard for the rest of the universe to follow.

It immediately came under the highest levels of protection at the universal level, not at the lower galactic level, and for the first time life was allowed to create its own way unhindered. Restrictions were removed. Single celled amoeba began to create the new earth, single blades of grass began to create the new earth, the birds and all other living things began to create this massive collective dream of a new crystalline powered 3d earth that operated under new rules with new ways of manifesting.

The common people began to create, create food, shelter, homes and jobs for their families and loved ones. Communities began to reach out with helping hands as hearts began to open at all levels of experience.

In the meantime many of those individuals 4^th density and higher had other ideas and began to create schemes, to continue creating in the old fear based ways. These became and are still becoming increasingly in conflict with this “New Earth”. They had their own ideas of what ascension was and what it was not. It still hadn’t happened yet. The powers that be were still in control, the Galactic Federation still hadn’t saved us from the Orions and Armageddon still had not come which prevented Jesus to come and save us as well.

But in an increasingly volatile world life just plodded along doing the best it could, creating itself anew each day and walking this mine field of toxic thought. We owe today’s world to the dreaming of the lower life forms and we should be ashamed at our own refusal to create new life, be ashamed at our inability to break free from the mental and emotional conditioning that now only holds us through habit. We do not create because we have become too passive to create.

This brings us to 2012 and this coming year. At the beginning of 2012 new earth aligned for the first time with the galactic center and received an inpouring of light and vitality. These were augmented by solar flares and many flu like symptoms as life struggled to find its way in the creation process. Those space brothers and sisters of this and neighboring galaxies were told in no uncertain terms to “back off”. This new “sacred life” was no place for petty galactic politics and alien agendas. The Unity Grid began to purge itself of negative and “hostile” life forms. While Gaia allowed everyone to ascend, those bent on destruction of life will be eliminated. We saw this as nothing happening, but in reality much was happening, much was being prevented from happening.

Now at the spring equinox the new earth aligns for the first time with the Universal Center, that great center around which all galaxies within our universe spin. The energies of the Universal center are activating the “Rainbow Bridge” and will continue this process throughout the rest of the year level by level from the top downward.

“The Rainbow Bridge” is what allows life and awareness to “cross over” to being fully sustained by light. Crossing the “Rainbow Bridge” is what most think of as “Ascension”. All life forms have already ascended but don’t realize it yet. Many remain trapped in the creation of “old thought”. As these life forms cross the “Rainbow Bridge” they will become free of the placenta, of the after birth of 1^st and 2^nd density reality. Life will no longer be sustained through chemical digestive processes but nourished entirely through light. 1^st and 2^nd density will drop away leaving only the higher densities to live in and experience.

It is the action of the solar flares that are softening the DNA patterns and gradually releasing each awareness from its 1^st and 2^nd density prison. As the solar flares continue this process of disentangling from 1^st and 2^nd density will continue as well until it concludes in December of this year as foretold and prophesied.

The first to cross the “Rainbow Bridge” will be those 8^th density light workers. This is already beginning to happen and “earth keeper” councils are forming to guide “New Earth” with the protection and support of the highest universal powers. “New Earth” is sacred and its continued advancement is of the utmost importance.

This spring will see 7^th, 6^th and 5^th density life forms cross over the Rainbow Bridge with 4^th density crossing in August and 3^rd density in November. This should follow last year’s patterns of activations. But these will be final activations and the reality of what is happening will not be able to be hidden or over looked. Those that pass over through physical death will still remain visible and available to loved ones. There will be an increase in “psychic” phenomenon that will baffle science.

It is these phenomena that will be the trigger for the greatest social change. It will be seen and experienced that life and awareness do indeed exist independently of physical life. This will revolutionize our entire world and we finally get our priorities in line and join our “lower brother and sister” life forms in creating the earth experiences that we desire.

Some Things That Don’t Make Sense

There are a few things that smell a little fishy and I would like to bring them into the clear light of day. These are things where my own personal experience does not jibe with the politically correct version that is so commonly accepted. Please bear with me in this, I have no particular adjenda. I’m simply pointing out some things that seem odd to me.

First I will summarize and say that I personally believe planet A has ascended to 8^th density and planet B has ascended as well into a beautiful crystalline light powered 3d world that belongs to all those life forms 7^th density and below that are compatible with her new energy grid. This little summary has nothing to do with what smells fishy but sets the stage a bit.

To paraphrase, I was recently told that I was perceived astrally as an entity that existed in fourth density just above 3^rd density. I now realize the truth of this and wonder why it is? When at peace and not rising up or down the levels, why does my soul want to rest at this “solar plexus” level? This is an interesting question that I don’t have the answers for.

But it brings up an even more interesting point. It seems the so called reptilians are also perceived as occupying this level. So are they lower level fourth density or do their souls simply hover at lower level fourth density like mine does when at rest?

Now over the past twenty years I have had numerous astral “encounter” (a nice way of saying conflicts) with serpent like creatures over the years and their ability to be sneaky has been very unsettling to me to say the least. I’ve also felt that they are brothers and sisters in some way. I know that part of me is reptilian because I have fought, accepted and integrated it. But I remain strongly pro-human and pro-earth life. It is only recently that I have had encounters with non-reptilian space brothers and sisters.

I sense these serpent like creatures to be those of the dinosaur race that ascended off the earth at the end of the dinosaur age. They are more closely related to us than one might think. Gaia seems to accept them a bit more than she does some other alien life forms. Perhaps because they have already been here for a long time.

Now here is one of those “fishy” things. It has been maintained that the reptilians are “fear” based and draw their vitality and power from the “fear” that they generate. My own experience at the lower levels does not confirm this at all. My own experience has proven that the lowest energy is not “fear” at all but is instead “sexual love”. The energy of fear is that energy immediately above that of sexual love energy.

The fear energy is valid and it is experienced but it is not the lowest energy, not the one that gives life and power.

The implication is staggering. The secret teaching of the OTO is that sperm and ovum energy or sexual energy is the same as the energy of spiritual light but on an octave above and beyond it. It is “organic light”. Spiritual light, clear light, evolved through a quantum leap into sexual energy, male and female. This is the profound teaching of the OTO and other sexually oriented magical teachings. (I am both a former OTO member and have the now outlawed book, “OTO, Rituals and Sex Magick” by Peter Konig.) One may include other teachers from other paths such as Mantak Chia and his “Healing Tao” series.

The message seems clear, sexuality is sacred, sacred to life and sacred to God/dess. It appears to be the next evolution, the one beyond “light” and Gaia, mother earth’s ascension is an organic one, one that occurs through activation of the DNA. Her ascension is through the polarity of male and female.

It also seems that our reptilian space brothers and sisters know this while those of the Galactic federation do not or at least are not talking about it. Why?

And there is this hierarchy thing, why is sixth density better than fifth or fourth or even third? Does being at a higher density make one a more evolved person? Why do some souls hang up there in fifth density space while mine wants to hover around lower 4^th density unless it is required somewhere else? I suspect it has something to do with having a female soul or having a male soul. Does that mean the reptilians have female souls?

These are just a few questions that come to mind. I don’t have any answers, at least none that I wish to say aloud. But I don’t think we are being told everything and that bothers me a bit.

Opening Portals For Healing and Prosperity

The following instruction is how to open a portal with a group of four or more people. I have done this with several groups with similar results. I know it to be highly effective and very powerful. One group that was sitting outside formed a portal that surrounded us so powerfully that it would not let any wind through.

Group energy work is the strongest type of work that anyone can do and is a must in the new world. But first a word about group work in general. There are two types of people, those with female souls and those with male souls. Their physical bodies may be of either sex.

The defining characteristic of the male soul is its hard wired inability to integrate the shadow self. These people are extremes of light or dark and the best of friends and the worst of enemies. They experience the world in black and white, experiencing both their greatest hopes and their greatest fears as physical experiences.

The defining characteristic of the female soul is the ability to integrate the shadow aspect. They experience life in a bitter-sweet manner and have the ability to expel negative and toxic emotional energy from their bodies through some form of a crown chakra meditation.

The male soul has a vertical progression and the female soul has a horizontal progression. In the ancient mystery schools the merging of the male and female soul was signified as the rosy cross, a cross with a rose at the heart center.

Heart center meditations and workings are universal and both types of souls can participate in them. In major world religions uniting at the heart center was the standard “outer” teaching. It is at the heart center that all souls can unite in love and harmony. But a heart center meditation can not open a portal.

Portals can only be opened by female souls or earth souls linking at all chakra levels. This was the “inner teaching”. If a person can do the OAK energy ball meditation and release negative and toxic energies they can open portals.

It takes at least four people who have the ability to do the OAK energy ball meditation. At least one of them must have successfully completed it. They will be the one to monitor the others and sense and direct the energy as needed. Group work is similar to individual work with the energy ball but the effects are magnified exponentially.

The first stage is to clear everyone of negative and toxic energies and begin the linking up process.

Everyone sits comfortably in a circle with feet on the floor and hands on their laps or chair arms. Breath deeply a few times and relax letting go of the worries and cares of the world.

Have everyone mentally reach up into the light and bring it down to form a small energy ball about four inches above their heads. Visualize it, rotate it to make it more stable and then help the other group members by visualizing these balls of energy over their heads as well. Have all group members help all other group members. Then visualize all of these energy balls merging together as one large energy ball in the center of the circle. Feel the energy stablilize and fill the entire group. If there is negative energy or toxic energy raise the energy ball up into the light to release the toxic energy.

Then have each group member bring down more light and visualize a ball of energy in the middle of their head. Have them rotate it and stabilize it. Then have each member help the others by visualizing it for them as well. The group leader must be able to sense when this is achieved. Then this ball of energy is merged into the middle of the group. At this point one can vividly sense two separate types of energy, one from each level. Both of these levels then need to be merged into one harmonious mass of energy that fills the group.

Continue this process for the third eye center, the throat chakra center, the heart chakra, the solar plexus, the spleen chakra, the root chakra, the chakra where the feet touch the ground and finally bring the energy ball and light down into the center of the earth. Visualize light pouring down into the earth and filling it, filling it, until it is completely filled and keep pouring light into the earth until earth energy starts coming back up out of the earth and keep pouring light into the earth until the earth energy rises up through the center of the group and goes into the light. At this point there is a column of light in the center of the circle and all members are linked at all chakra levels and all levels have merged to become one harmonious energy. This is the open portal and you can sense the opening and the power.

Now have each one take turns and ask for healing for themselves or loved ones and the entire group sends the healing thoughts into the open portal. Then going around one more time each group member asks for something in the way of prosperity and the entire group sends this request into the portal.

Finally the group leader asks everyone to connect to their higher selves for guidance and inspiration and allows everyone to come back to normal waking consciousness as they will. This phase linked working is very powerful and creates permanent links between the group members. There are many variations of this and one can be directed by their own inner knowing on how to proceed.

There is no harm in making this knowledge available because those with the wrong type of souls can not make use of it and those with the right type of souls desperately need it in these troubled times. It should be shared freely and without restraint.

On the evening of 9/11/11, the day before true Samhain, the first complete lunar cycle after the fall equinox, the day when the veil between the worlds was the thinnest, a group of four of us performed such a portal opening. We then visualized and “lifted” Gaia, mother earth, through the portal and pushed her far out into the light, to Source. The spiritual aspect of Gaia had ascended to 8th density. We then solidified and grounded this working by sending as much pure black earth energy as possible up to her. As the energy wave came back to us we were enveloped in a golden energy and our souls seemed to merge into one human soul in the center of Gaia. Somehow the four of us had become the demarcation line, the protective barrier between the moon and the new earth. We four had become her protectors and guardians.

This was before the 11/11/11 star gate day and was why nothing seemingly happened. We beat everyone else to the punch by getting there quicker and raising her higher, to 8th density.

Then just before Thanksgiving Day we met again to finish the work.  Just before Thanksgiving Day, just before the New Moon when we met as a group that second time we invited all past present and future Earth Guardians, protectors, members of that distinguished Order that used both the black and the white as its insignia, our brothers and sisters, to  assist us in this sacred mission and bring it to closure. We were the souls entrusted to do this at the beginning of the great experiment and it was our right and duty to see it through to the end. This meant all of us!

In amazement we felt the portal fill with these brothers and sisters as they stood silently beside us, and when released I could sense them flying into all corners of the earth to do their work. Their wings were black and white, just like ours were.Again we opened the portal and sent pure black earth energy up into the light and into the 8th density spiritual Gaia. Then we once more attempted to raise our own physical Gaia, physical mother earth through the portal and into the light. We could only get her halfway through and held her there for as long as we could. The next day the powerful wave of energy that was unleashed carried her through the rest of the way. Physical earth, Gaia, had finally ascended with all living things on her and withn her.

This ascension far exceeded all expectations and ever since then planet B, physical Gaia, mother earth has been taken for planet A, the spiritual one, the one existing on the moon as 8th density. Everyone is waiting for planet B, New Physical Gaia, to ascend to higher than her new permanent location as a 3d crystalline light powered physical earth. They are not spiritual enough to percieve her “Higher” form at 8th density.

Again, these things happened through the use of opening a portal such as described above. It is highly encouraged that those who have the ability to work with portals do so. It will bring even more light into our new mother Gaia. Others can become her protectors and guardians as well.

Sons of God and Daughters of Man

The misinformation about the ascension keeps piling up and I’m hoping to clarify a few things. The biblical phrase “Sons of God and daughters of man” means something very important to us today at this time. Humanity and all of life is divided into two roughly equal groups.

The group termed the “Sons of God” represent those life forms with “male” souls. These are souls that split the light and the dark and can not mix them. They are the ones that are “good friends, but bad enemies”. They are the fiercely religious or spiritual ones that can do inexpressible evil in the name of “good”. They are so “Light” and “Love” that they have no recognition at all of the darkness that lies within themselves. They refuse to go there. Numerous atrocities have been done by the church over the centuries by these “spiritual” souls.

These “Male” souls are hard wired this way and they can not integrate or embrace their own shadow aspect. The closest that they can get to this achievement is through atavistic resurgence or “possession” by unconscious aspects of their own being. These “Sons of God” were the angels that came down and mixed with the “daughters of Man”. These were the original space brothers.

But many cycles have passed since then and things are not that simple any more. Male souls can have male physical bodies or even female physical bodies. The characteristic that marks them is the inability to integrate their own shadow. They also see great highs and lows in life in a way that might seem manic/depressive.

I have four children and two of them have “Male” souls and two of them have “Female” souls,  and I love them all equally. There is no right or wrong in this process. Indeed, we will see that with each great cycle such as we are now experiencing our souls exchange gender. Male souls will become female souls and female souls will become males souls.

The “Daughters of Man” are of the physical earth and able to integrate their own shadow into their light self in true unity. These souls see the bitter-sweet quality of life and love both. It is the intensity and the depth of living this bitter-sweetness that makes life worth while. Originally these were the females but now that so many cycles have passed female souls may have female bodies and they may have male bodies as well.

The things that remain are their ability to integrate the personal shadow with acceptance and love and the ability to unify all of their aspects into one being.

Our prisons are filled with “male” souls because they are a bit unstable compared to the “female” souls which are more emotional but stronger and more together on the inner levels.

What does this have to do with ascension? Well, the unity grid is now activating our shadow aspects and depending upon whether you are a “Male” soul or a “Female” soul, you will be experiencing entirely different things.

The “Male” soul will be the typical lightworker that has absolutely nothing to do with healing the darker mental and emotional wounds that we all carry. They simply will not go there. They are going into the “Light” and they will apply themselves to this in a fantastic degree. They will send out Love and Light everywhere. But they will not touch the darkness within their own souls even though that is being activated now as well. These souls will physically experience their greatest hopes and greatest fears and hopefully learn from them and become more wise. They have the rollercoaster ride of ups and downs. These are the ones that will benefit the most from the “heart” meditations.

The “Female” soul will be the typical lightworker that everyday touches some of the darkness within themselves and others, loves, heals, cherishes and embraces it as part of the bitter-sweetness of human life. They are the “human” ones and the ones that my own messages are mostly meant for.

It occurred to me that “Male” souls will not gain much benefit from the OAK energy ball mediation because they can not integrate the shadow. It won’t work correctly for them. I apologize for this misunderstanding. It will only work for the “Female” souls like I personally am. The ones that can cast off this toxic and negative repressed energy and by becoming aware of it, accept it and release it so that it does not need to manifest in physical life.

We do not need to “act out” these negative energies but by becoming aware of them become aware of our own capacity for evil and violence. These are the people that serve “Life”.

In short, “Male” souls serve “Light” or flip over to the dark side completely and serve “Dark”. They can not be both and can not tolerate both. The “Female” soul serves “Life” and is comfortable with both the Light and Dark aspects within themselves.

This is Gaia’s ascension, Mother Earth’s ascension, and it will benefit those that serve “Life” the most. It will be more difficult for those that serve “Light”.

To say this even one more way, those that serve “Light”, those that have been so empowered for such a long time as our spiritual hierarchy are being “Cast out of the Garden of Eden” where they have lived for such a long time and made to toil in the “new physical” world by the sweat of their brows.

Those lowly ones that serve “Live” are now for the first time being led into the “Garden of Eden” and fully empowered as co-creators in this new world. “The last shall become first and the first shall become last”.

At the end of this new great cycle there will be a new earth once more and once more those that serve the old will be cast out of the garden and those serving the new will be co-creators. This is a balancing of energies, a balancing of the universe, a balancing of souls. This is the normal method of progression and way things are.

In this ascension of Gaia you may be a “Male” soul or a “Female” soul. You may experience the “Garden of Eden” for the first time or you may by “leaving it”. Two of my own children are entering this new garden and two are leaving it and all are “Ascended souls”. One needs to get away from the concept that one needs to be 5^th density or higher to ascend. 3^rd degree life forms on Gaia will find their way into this garden if they are female souls and will find their way out of it if they are male souls.

Using the metaphor of the “Chronicles of Amber” by Roger Zelazney, those that serve “Life” will find themselves on the Amber side, the new earth side  of the demarcation line while those that serve “Light” will find themselves on the “Courts of Chaos” side, they will find themselves on the lunar side of the demarcation line.

Those invested in the planet A and planet B scenarios will find that Planet A, the new Amber is for those “Female” souls and is the new garden of Eden. Planet B/the moon is for those “Male” souls what will for the first time be expelled from the garden and made to toil for the development of their souls. This is an exchange that takes place every great cycle. One soul gets to rest while the other gets to labor. If your soul has been laboring in the great experiment you will get to rest. Those that have been resting will have their chance/turn to labor.

I share this because two days ago an enormous yin/yang symbol appeared in the astral skies and signified the true end of this age is bearing down upon us. By now only those of the highest densities remain to be correctly placed within the new unity grid. There is so much confusion and misplaced expectations.

For those interested in surfing the wave of ascension energies and getting the most possible out of them there remains a small window of opportunity. I’ve already posted that while the incoming energies are becoming stronger their catalytic effect upon us has crested and is getting weaker. With this new moon this weekend those physical events and life circumstances will have crystalized around us. There will be no more grace allotted to the changing of our life’s circumstances.

The physical events in our lives will from that point proceed according to the new rules of the new unity grid. We will be living the life that we have created for ourselves.

The small window of grace extends from the new moon until the full moon, roughly two weeks. During this time one can “go toward the Light” through crown chakra meditations and try to eliminate any left over “negative or toxic energy” by giving it up to a higher power. Please be aware that “Heart” meditations do not allow the giving up of this negative energy. Only the crown chakra meditations allow this.

My OAK energy ball meditation posted in these forums will work for this or any other crown chakra meditation. After the full moon all levels will be crystalized and sealed. There will be no more “riding the wave of ascension energies”. The energies will continue to grow stronger but we will have become transparent to them.

Development and progress from that point on will be purely the result of “personal effort” and according to the rules of the unity grid.

I mention this because there is much confusion in “go to the earth and ground” and “go into the Light”. There is no wrong thing to be doing, but in the immediate past few weeks it has been beneficial to anchor to the earth as much as possible for physical healing and personal advancement. With the new moon that opportunity will close and only the period to the coming full moon remains and that remains an opportunity for the spirit and the soul to be blessed and bathe in the spiritual energies of grace before things crystalize and seal into place.

OAK Energy Ball Meditation

Vital life energies need to circulate freely within both the physical and non-physical body before they can become integrated and function as one complete unit. These energies flow through natural circuitry within the body. This circuitry is often blocked with repressed emotional energy that is trapped within the physical body and stored there.

There are many ways to release these pockets of trapped and repressed emotional energy. Rieki or massage can do it and so can yoga or other types of physical exercise. A more gentle approach is through some type of meditation that safely brings this energy into awareness. Freud’s method of free association does this. Dianetics Book One processing does this in an even more effective manner. The OAK Energy Ball Meditation does this even more effectively.

When these circuits are fully open a form of alternating bio-electrical energy is allowed to pass through that is responsible for most psychic phenomenon and conscious awareness experiences. When the current is allowed to flow only one way as in direct current these psychic phenomena are not likely to occur.

Radio and Television are examples of modern applications using alternating current. The alternating current or sinus rhythm is pervasive within the human body. This includes brain waves, nerve energy and heart beat. It is the lower energies of fear, pain, sexual energy and anger that block these pathways and accumulate to dangerous quantities within the physical body.

It is ironic that the development of these same energies in a free flowing and healthy state bring the most power to manifest things in life. They are the energies people regard as charismatic. The development of charisma and personal magnetism depends upon the generation and accumulation of these energies and their healthy use. Training in the martial arts is an example of a method of generating and developing these energies.
The development and accumulation of physical or sexual energies is not safe until the psyche has been purged of all past repressions and “buried” traumas that form black pockets of negative energy within the body. Development of lower energies tend to activate these pockets of “black” repressed energy sometimes resulting in “knee jerk” behavior where we do and say things impulsively without even knowing we are doing or saying them. This happens when the repressed and trapped emotional energy breaks free and travels through the nervous system.
In the medical profession this is called “psychotic” behavior and is not what we want to be doing! Instead we purge these repressed energies out of our system one at a time. The safest way of doing this is working from the “top” downward.
We do this by generating “mental” or “spiritual” energy and forcing increased bio-electrical energy flow within our bodies. The OAK process is in my opinion safe enough for anyone to use. As a precaution, though, people in poor physical, mental, or emotional health should not follow any of these procedures without their doctor’s consent. I am not a doctor. The following expresses my opinion about what is happening and why it happens.
I must stress the incredible power of this method. In a matter of days we gain an increasing number of “insights” into our personal affairs. At first these will be “insights” into our personal philosophy of life as our mental outlook begins to clarify and complete itself. This happens through working with mental energies.
When our belief system is complete enough our awareness will transfer itself to the mental level permanently. From this mental level we will be able to objectively deal with the “repressed” emotional pain and trauma from the past. Moving into the mental level makes working with past emotional trauma much safer.
Our ego will be centered at the mental level where it is safe and in control. This is very important because releasing this “black” energy into awareness is very traumatic. As I went through this process I was seeing a psychologist as a precaution to ensure I was in no danger of “losing it”.
The gains and personal insights I was making at that time were so remarkable my psychologist described my personality as “fluid”! At the same time my ego was very strong and plastic and in no danger of being fragmented in any way.
Anyone can experience the same rapid personal growth and may at times be alarmed. Most of the time we will be joyous at the chance to rid ourselves of these “ghosts” from the past that prevent us from living the type of life we really want. THIS IS THE REAL THING!
This meditation purifies both the physical body and psyche so it can handle the more powerful and intense sexual and physical energies. It also opens one up to the lunar and solar cycles whereby monthly and seasonal energies are added to your own personal efforts and personal development is greatly accelerated.

MEDITATION EXERCISE
This exercise should be done at least once a day and if possible twice a day. The entire exercise lasts only about ten minutes but its effects are felt throughout the day and the night in spontaneous “insights”, lucid dreaming, and a marked increase in psychic abilities in general.

STEP ONE
Seat yourself comfortably with your spine straight and your hands resting comfortably on your lap.
Take a few deep breaths to relax and get into the right frame of mind. Close your eyes and visualize a ball of energy about four inches above your head. Keep trying until you can visualize this ball of energy easily and vividly.
The action of visualizing a ball of energy “outside” of the body is a very complex action. It involves a high degree of abstract thought and is at first very difficult. It requires a lot of energy in the head area as well as the ability to focus this energy.
The most important suggestion here is that practice makes perfect. A headache may result from this exercise if a person is not used to abstract thought of any kind. This is not serious unless it persists. A few days of not doing the exercise should correct the problem.
This exercise causes increased blood flow and oxygen to the brain and to the pituitary and pineal glands stimulating them to increased activity.
The idea of step one is to gradually strengthen these glands and increase their hormone activity. They are the master glands of the body and control other endocrine gland activity. This is the first step in increased health benefits.
Visualizing the energy ball as a rotating ball of energy helps to stabilize the visualization. Rather than clockwise or counter clockwise I always felt better rolling it like a snowball with the energy going up the back and down the front. This is similar to the way kundalini energy goes up the spine and then flows down the front of the body.

After visualizing a stable rotating ball of energy about four inches above your head, begin to visualize a second ball of energy surrounding the pineal gland in the center of the brain. This will directly stimulate the pineal gland. Simply forget about the first ball of energy and let it be. Turn your focus on creating a ball of energy right in the center of the brain.

Do the same thing as before mentally rotating it to help the energy stabilize. You may feel a strange sensation in your head as you are doing this. Increased blood flow is going to your brain. When this ball of energy is stabilized go back to the first ball of energy that is above your head and refresh it.

At first it will be difficult to visualize two energy balls at the same time. Rapidly switch awareness from one to the other until both are visualized at the same time. Continue this until both energy balls can be visualized quickly and easily. Each ball of energy is created out of a different type of energy. Take your time and make certain you are doing the meditation correctly.

STEP TWO

With both energy balls clearly visualized try to mentally force them together into one big energy ball. At first they will resist going together because the energy is not “synchronized”. It will seem like trying to push two balloons together. You will sense the resistance. Be persistent and keep trying until both energy balls merge together into one larger energy ball.

When the energy balls do finally merge together into one big energy ball there will be a definite shift of awareness that can be felt. The center of the big energy ball will have shifted toward the back of the head and it will feel as if half of it is protruding from the top and back of the head. Before this both balls were centered on and over the middle of the head.

This will be accompanied by an intense sensation of light and energy as illumination. Some have described the sensation as getting a buzz or getting high. There will be no mistaking when the two types of energy fuse together. It is a very powerful experience. Some people have been frightened by the experience and refused to continue further with the meditation.

Now it will feel like a basketball sized energy ball is half in your head and half outside the back of your head. This feeling will be very pronounced and definite.

Two types of energy are now synchronized together and working as “one” energy. Try to maintain this “locked together” visualization as long as possible. “Spiritual” energy is directing and fusing with pineal gland energy and stimulating all of the endocrine glands in a beneficial way. The pineal gland is the master gland of the body and will begin to work with the spiritual energy and distribute it throughout the physical body.

This begins the process of physical rejuvenation and increased health with all of the glands “synchronized” and working together. This is your direct connection to “Cosmic Energy”.

STEP THREE

After successfully visualizing the big energy ball, visualize a second energy ball centered directly behind the eyebrows where the pituitary gland or “third eye” is located. Forget about the big energy ball and focus on the new energy ball rotating it as before until it is stable.

When this is clearly visualized try to merge the two energy balls together. As before they will resist at first but when they do merge there will be a definite shift of awareness toward the center of the head. The combined energy ball will be much larger and fit around the head like a fishbowl. The sensation will not be as strong as the first time but you will be able to feel the separate energies fuse into one single energy.

A distinct awareness of a very large energy ball that extends around the head will result. With this experience will come the absolute certainty that the pituitary and pineal glands are “phase locked” together with the third “spiritual” energy. This is the formation of a resonant circuit within the brain itself! It will try to maintain itself through the day. This is the reason for the incredible gains of this method. After a few successful attempts this will be a permanent change.

The “phase locked” condition also causes the “master glands” to work together more closely than ever before. This alters the operation of the endocrine glands in a more harmonious way causing subtle changes throughout the entire body and releasing trapped “black” energy.

A few successful attempts will result in a permanent change with all three types of energy “phase locked” together. At first it was hard to merge them. Now it will be hard to separate them from each other.

STEP FOUR

This step completes the construction of the basic “energy ball” used in the remaining steps. After visualizing the energy ball as described in the first four steps you have integrated the energy of the crown chakra and third eye chakra. These have formed a large ball of energy that is surrounding the entire head. Now visualize a second energy ball located on the thyroid glands in the center of the throat.

Spin the energy ball to help stabilize it. As before merge this second energy ball with the large one to create an even larger energy ball. This is more difficult than the earlier steps because of the sheer size of the visualization. The finished ball extends above the head a little and includes the throat area. The “phase locking” sensation may be more difficult to sense. Keep working at it until you sense all of the energies blending together. This may even seem like a fog of energy that surrounds you.
After the ability is gained to easily create this large “phase locked” energy ball there are several ways to strengthen it. My choice is to mentally rotate it from the top of the head forward like a ball rolling in front of me. This motion helps to stabilize and strengthen it.
At this point you have an energy ball made up of four different energies that have “synchronized” together as harmonics or octaves of each other. They are locked together in a “phase locked” circuit that resists change and seeks to maintain itself. Your point of awareness should be able to easily move anywhere within this ball moving from one type of energy to another.
When this point is reached there will be a permanent change taking place in your awareness. These energies will begin to bleed through into each other and open blocked energy pathways.
Your entire day will be filled with one “insight” after another in a way that is truly incredible. Your mental processes are going through a complete overhaul as you fine tune and perfect your personal belief system.
Illuminations will fill in the missing pieces for you and you will gain many useful understandings.

This “locking” together of these energies is a wonderful thing and will begin the process of regeneration within your physical body. Parts of your psyche will begin to fit together as never before.

STEP FIVE

After you have perfected the basic energy ball it is time to start working with it in a deliberate and conscious manner. Your awareness can reside in this energy ball. In a way this energy ball is an astral vehicle for your awareness. We are going to use it to open the blocked energy pathways within the body.
This energy ball is your “safe” area where you can safely come to terms with “buried” and repressed emotional baggage and trapped “black” energy. In this safe area you bring “black” energy under conscious control. You begin by working from the top downward one layer at a time.
After forming the energy ball try to raise it as high into the spiritual light as you can. From this point on always attempt this contact with the “light” because it is your energy source. Feel your mind and awareness rise as if it is in an elevator as you raise the energy ball into the light. Move the energy ball up and down and feel your awareness move up and down with it. Get used to the feeling of your awareness rising and lowering through these different energy levels.
Next try forcing the energy ball down the spine. Because the rest of the body is not “synchronized” there will be resistance and it will not want to go very far. Make this attempt at least three times before quitting. After the third try raise the ball as high as it will go toward your “energy source”. Your energy ball will have accumulated “dark” energy and need to be purified in the light.
As the energy ball comes in contact with repressed “black” energy it grabs the black energy like a magnet. This black energy will cling to the energy ball. Only moving the energy ball back up into the light will release the black energy.
This is important because your downward efforts have loosened quite a bit of “black” energy and brought it to your awareness in a shocking manner. The spiritual or light energy helps to dissolve and neutralize the “black” energy keeping you soundly in control of those waves of emotion that will begin to wash over you later during the day.
This simple practice will release incredible amounts of trapped emotional energy allowing it to be used for other purposes. It is possible to intensify the experience by taking a deep breath and holding it while both raising the ball and forcing it downward against the resistance. Try it first without holding your breath. When you have done as much as you can move to this next step. Take your time. This may take several sessions. You are releasing toxins from the body and turning them over to your higher power.
The method I used was to inhale, hold my breath and mentally push the energy ball downward. Then I would exhale and inhale and exhale normally before repeating. This practice of holding the breath as long as comfortable is extremely powerful because it forces oxygen into the blood and then into the brain. It can easily cause dizziness and should only be used with caution by those in excellent health.
Even if done only once a day this exercise will release “trapped” emotional energy throughout the entire day as spontaneous waves that suddenly wash over you. As a result you will be very preoccupied with your personal growth and healing process. It will be a highly disruptive period but a very productive one.
As I was working through some of my “black” energy I felt what I was doing was the most important thing I had ever done in my life. I was freeing myself from past karma that had held me back my entire life. It was also the most exciting thing I had ever done and was very intense. I could feel the power flowing through me!
Early Christians called this type of experience taking away your sins or freeing yourself from your sins. They had their own method of releasing this trapped emotional energy.

STEP SIX

By the time you are able to move the energy ball down into the solar plexus area you will notice something very disturbing. The energy ball will go down quite easily but will tend to get “stuck” when you try to raise it back up! Some people have noticed this at the throat chakra. This indicates a deeply rooted emotional trauma that is not easily released. It is like a time bomb of toxic energy inside us waiting to go off. The best thing to do is to not force things and gently work the energy ball up and down the spine several times.

Each time the energy ball rises up the spine little slivers or splinters of “black” energy will be released. Work past the deeply buried problem area and the energy will release itself. This will probably happen as a spontaneous release of emotional weeping. As an example I was working through some childhood issues when suddenly I was overwhelmed by feelings of emotional abandonment I had experienced as a child and repressed as too painful to remember. That toxic energy had been trapped in my physical body since I was a child. This did not happen during the meditation but later during the day.
After two hours of emotional sobbing and releasing the energy I felt better than I ever had in my life. Something bad in my life was no longer there. It had been released. If this energy had not been released it would have been released in knee-jerk psychotic behaviors beyond my conscious control. This is what I mean by safely releasing the energy and working the energy ball from the top down.
This also stresses the importance of developing the energy ball as a safe area for your awareness to retreat to if it has to. From the mental perspective it is easier to deal with these emotional time-bombs we all have within us. It allows us to remain in control and “safely” experience and release that which must be experienced and released.

STEP SEVEN

Continue moving the energy ball downward until it can move freely from the base of the spine to the top of the head without any restrictions or releases of “black” energy. When this has been accomplished your entire body will be phase locked with the spiritual energy source above your head.
“Spiritual energy” can now circulate freely throughout your entire body making small adjustments to increase your health and vitality. Emotional, sexual, and physical energy still can’t circulate freely because they are denser and much slower. They require much more purification. Still, now this can be safely done. The inner circuits already opened will act as emergency relief valves when pockets of denser “black” energy are activated and released.

STEP EIGHT

After moving the energy ball completely up and down the spine without resistance try forcing it downward toward the center of the earth. This will tap into more “black” energy that is surrounding your environment. By releasing this energy into your awareness you are defusing potentially dangerous situations by gaining awareness of them and neutralizing the charge they carry.
This earth energy will activate more “black” energy within your body and shake it loose so you can get rid of it. As long as your energy ball is “phase locked” with the spiritual power source all released “black” energy will go upward until it comes into conscious awareness where it can be dealt with safely and harmlessly. In AA this is termed turning things over to a “Higher Power”. We are using the energy ball to do this in a more mechanical way.
There is a power point where your feet touch the earth. Create an energy ball at this point and work with it as before. There are nine chakra points. Seven are within the body. One is just above the top of the head and one is where the feet touch the earth.
With practice you will be able to effortlessly move the energy ball deep within the earth and raise it upward as high as possible until it disappears into the “spiritual” light. Doing this will draw earth energy up into your body as a second power source. It will also create a column of light that goes from your spiritual power source down into the center of the earth to connect with your earth power source and with element #118.
This will establish a strong two way current within your physical body and anchor both power sources in a way that will make them constantly open and active. This ensures rapid growth and development as all parts of your body and psyche begin to “phase lock” together.
Only at this point is it safe to work will the strong physical and sexual energies in any serious manner.
For all practical purposes this completes the “lesser” work and begins the work of working with the dense earth energies. It took about six months for me to do. I have done it with groups of people in two hours. Working as a group makes the process much easier because you are able to draw on other groups members for help through the tough spots.
With the opening of these channels added energy flows through the body as the result of both solar and lunar influences. Now these powerful cycles are adding their energy with yours and individual progress is greatly accelerated. You become a channel for cosmic energies, solar energies and lunar energies.
When completed this meditation creates a permanent change within the energy channels of the physical body. It opens and releases blocked areas. I have done this with over sixty people in different group settings with similar results and feedback.
It is the most powerful way I know of to open the major energy channels within the body. It is also the fastest and safest.
In Masonry the “Royal Arch Degree” symbolizes what this meditation does. The mason is searching for the lost word and treasure. Among the ruins of an old building they excavate and find a hidden chamber. Beneath that chamber lies another chamber and beneath that yet another. Depending upon the variation of masonry there are seven or nine chambers that must be excavated to reach the bottom and find the lost word.
This meditation uses nine chambers, the seven within the physical body,one above the body and one beneath the body. It connects these chambers with two sources of cosmic power. Spiritual energy is tapped as high into the light as possible to reach. We lift the energy ball into the light until the toxic energy it carries is released.
The second source of cosmic power lies at the center of the earth. We draw that up into our lives for increased health and empowerment.
