OAK Assertiveness Training Course
What if assertiveness isn’t about becoming stronger, louder, or more forceful?
What if it is about becoming more coherent?
When your thoughts, feelings, body, words, boundaries, and actions begin working together, communication becomes clearer. You don’t have to overpower another person to be heard. You don’t have to disappear to preserve a relationship. You can be fully yourself while allowing someone else to be fully themselves.
The OAK Assertiveness Training Course offers a practical path toward that kind of presence.
Drawing from the principle Duality as a Loving Embrace, this course explores assertiveness as reciprocal relationship rather than competition, boundaries without hostility, listening without surrender, and personal sovereignty without isolation.
You won’t be asked to adopt a doctrine.
You won’t be asked to become someone else.
You are invited to notice what is already happening inside you—and discover what becomes possible when you bring more of yourself into the moment.
Be present.
Become coherent.
Speak clearly.
Act from what you know.
Let others remain free.
And when the lessons have become part of your life, you may discover that you no longer need the lessons at all.
Put the system down.
Walk outside.
Live.
